*Gemma's POV*
Why the hell was he acting like such a asshole? He was being so nice before. It was like right when he saw me with Demetri-Wait a minute.
He came back and saw Demetri talking to me and turned into a little prick. Is he, jealous?
I smiled a little at the thought. He was totally jealous. But why would he be jealous over me?
I was still smiling a little when I walked into the dorm, but Ruby wasn't there. I was kind of thankful. At least I would be able to have some time to think.
I set my stuff down on my bed, and was about to grab my toiletry bag when I saw something fall out of my regular bag. It looked like a napkin. I picked it up, and scrawled on it in neat, small lettering was a note.
It was really nice meeting you. Maybe we could get together again sometime? ~Demetri 607-4153
Wow. I smiled a little. At least someone was being polite. I contemplated putting it into my phone. I had just met him, but he was really nice to talk to. I thought it over for a minute, and caved.
I grabbed my phone and put the number in my contacts. I smiled to myself. It would be nice to have someone decent to talk to for once.
I was about to go get ready, when Ruby burst in. She seemed a little mad.
"Hi?" I said carefully.
"Hi." She said, her voice cold. What happened?
I pursed my lips, and grabbed my stuff. Before I could head out the door she stood in front of me, her arms crossed. Uh oh.
"Can you tell me why Kol is outside the dorms?" She said, a fake smile on her face.
"What?" I said. I didn't know he was still out there.
"Yeah, he's out there, pacing. He seemed upset, which doesn't bother me. But did something happen between you two?" She said, tapping her foot.
"No, nothing happened." I said. "We just fought, I guess." I looked at the window. "Is he down there?" I asked her.
She nodded. "He is pretty upset." She smirked. "Good job."
I rolled my eyes, and went to the window. I pushed aside the curtain, and saw Kol, walking back and forth along the path. I actually felt a little bad.
I sighed, and turned away. "I need to go talk to him."
"What? Why?" Ruby said. She still had her arms crossed.
"Because, I upset him. You know I don't like doing that to people."
She rolled her eyes. "Fine, just don't let him do anything." She said, letting me go.
I gave her a small smile, and went downstairs. I thought over what I would say, but it all depended on what he was doing.
I opened the door, and shivered. It was getting chilly out.
I saw him, still pacing a little ways down the sidewalk. I sighed, and walked over to him.
He must've heard me coming, because he looked up. He had a scowl on his face, and I hoped it wasn't because of me.
"Hi." He said, standing a little bit away from me.
"Hi." I put my hands behind my back. This wasn't awkward or anything.
"Look, I don't want you to think i'm an asswhole-"
"Already do, but go on."
He smirked a little before continuing. "Okay. Well, I know you think Demetri is nice and all, but you have to trust me on this one. He is not as nice as he seems."
