Yhing's POV

I can't sleep. Now that I'm here at the palace and in my own big chambers, I was alone. Jinhai also have his own chambers and we are not roommates anymore.

But Jahyeondang held memories of us all, our friendship and love. I tried to sleep but I still can't.

Tomorrow will be the wedding of Taian and the Emperor and she'll be the new Empress and I'm so happy for her. If only Pheng could see the peaceful but fun nation now, he would be happy.

I grabbed my katana and marched my way to the door. When I got out of my chamber, the fresh night breeze hit my face. I looked at the stars and they were shining brightly and the moon was full.

I decided to visit Jahyeondang and started to walk. While walking, I was thinking about Jinhai, if he was sleeping or not. I looked at my bracelet that reminds me of him. The blue crystals were shining when it was hit by the moonlight since the moon was full.

When I came, I sit on the porch and watch's the fireflies on the lawn. It was quite beautiful, the fireflies were like stars. I look at the ground hugging my knees. Footsteps came, and when I lifted my head to see who it was, it was Jinhai.

"Can't sleep?" He asked smiling. I smiled at him "Yes." He looked on the ground smiling, these past days he wasn't cold anymore, he learned how to smile. "Me too, can I join you?" He asked.

"The view of the moon would be better on the roof," I smiled remembering our past when we slept on the roof. He gave me a smiled and offered me a hand. I grabbed his hand to pull myself form my seat.

We lie there at the roof looking at the moon while I rest my head on his shoulder. "I....miss this," he said. I giggled "me too."

When the morning came, I woke up early to get ready for the wedding. Jinhai and I both go back to our Chambers to get ready. I dressed up in a navy blue floral design dress.

I heard sudden knocks on my door. "Lady Yhing, sorry for interrupting but the Empress needs you right away." The lady servants said. I quickly finished putting some crystal hair clips on my hair and run towards the door.

Before opening it, I took one glance on one of my sketches of Jinhai sleeping. After that, I run towards Jipbokheon, were Taian, the soon-to-be Empress resides.

When I opened the door to her room. My eyes turned wide when I saw her messy hair, and he was having a hard time to tighten her stomach binder.

"Yhing, you need to put this stupid thing on as tight as you can," she said catching her breath. "Yes your highness," I said and put down my katana and run towards her. I pulled the string to tightened the binder.

"Tighter," she gasped. I pulled it harder using half of my strength. "Tighter!" She said. I pulled it harder using all of my strength. "Yes, that's it!" She said. Then I tied the string into a tight knot to maintain the tightness.

"Is that okay your highness?" I asked. Even if she's my friend I still need to call her that since her position is higher that mine.

"Thanks Yhing, but my hair," she said. My eyes traveled up to see her messy hair. "I think I can fix that but I need time," I said not breaking my gaze on her hair.
"Take time," she said. I started combing it straight.

Untangling her hair takes half and hour. The lady servants entered the room with the traditional headdress for the Empress' wedding. I carefully put it on to her not damaging the progress I made.

After that the lady servants came with the traditional robe for the wedding. It was red with matching black with golden Dragon designs matching her black and golden colored headdress.
It takes an hour to prepare her perfectly for her big day.

Finally the traditional wedding ceremony has started. I was with General Cheng and Jinhai, uncle didn't blow his cover, until now the new Emperor doesn't know he is also a rebel but rebellion is done. Princess Xianhua told the whole rebellion to give the crowned Prince a chance to do his promise to his sister, his promise to change Hang back and be a great and wise ruler.
Princess Xianhua and General Eun was staying now at the grand house.

"The Empress and the Emperor is a perfect match," uncle said and all of us laughed.
"So as me and you," Jinhai said leaning closer to me and gave me a quick kiss on the lips. Uncle's eyes widened " My wish has came true after all," he giggled.

Jinhai and I both look at him wearing an amused face. Did he put me with Jinhai in the same job just for us to be inlove with each other?

"So putting me in the same Job with Jinhai before was on purpose?" I asked. "Oh its worth it," he answered "Congratulations son," he patted Jinhai's back.

After the ceremony, Jinhai took me to the very top of the palace. We were watching the sun as it goes down.

"Are you happy to be here?" I asked looking at him. "I don't care where am I but as long as I'm with you, I'm always happy," he said.

"You know, many girls favored you and some of them are more beautiful than me, but why did you chose me?" I asked.

He stared at my while smiling. "Because, your the only one who stole my heart," he said then leaned forward towards me. Our lips connected to each other as I Locked my hands on the back of his neck as we kiss passionately.
