You Stole My Heart

Since the sun is starting to get down. I maybe should leave now since Jinhai and I still have to steal. Our stealing is not bad actually cause we used them to feed the people. We just need to bring them to the others and they will start buying sack of rice and distribute it to the people.

It was dark already when I made my way to my place. When I got inside, Jinhai was already dressed up and now cleaning the silver blade of his katana.

"Sorry, I'm late," I said my apologies. "Here wear my clothes, they can't know your a lady," he said handing me a set of black robe. I take it an went inside the bathroom. I slowly strip off my clothes and wear his.

I even feel more comfortable on his clothes. After changing my clothes I opened the bathroom door. Jinhai quickly hand me my katana.

"Lets go," he said leading the way out wearing his black conical hat that he favoured the most.

Since the palace is big, our walk to the gate was quiet but I want to broke it. "So Kim Jinhai, where are we gonna go exactly? " I asked. Seriously, I know we are stealing to one of the ministers since all of them are corrupt but I don't know which one.

"Minister of Education," he said. Okay I don't know who that man is.

And I don't know where I'm going but I know its gonna be a long time. And I'll be leaving in an hour for the white wine bitter sunlight. Wanna hear your beating heart.

We went to the streets in the night. As we leave the palace, Jinhai wore his mask as I cover half of my face with my handkerchief. Jinhai seems to notice the white lotus flower I embroided on it earlier.

"Jinhai, this is my first time to steal so care to watch out for me," I said getting nervous as we headed closer to the minister's house.

"If something happens its not gonna be my fault, I told you to stay but your hard minded," he scolded me. He was right though.

We were now outside of the wall surrounding the minister's house. Jinhai places his katana to his back, so I did the same. Watch and learn.

He climbed up into the walls that were ten feet high. And I did the same but I had difficulty in it so I was having a hard time getting in.

"Your so slow," he said. Slowly driving me mad. "Shut up," I mumbled. Guards were surrounding the area. Jinhai and I sneaked and hide in the bushes.

"Jinhai, what if they'll find us here?" I whisper, loud enough for him to hear. "They won't unless you keep that mouth shut," he whisper. The guard leave his spot and went to another corner.

Jinhai and I slowly walk at the back of the house, still staying in the shadows. Suddenly, two kisaeng  (prostitutes ) came chatting to each other. One of them almost saw me but before she could glance at my way, Jinhai grabbed my hand and dragged me to hide in a bush.

The kisaeng, were chatting to each other with a flirty voice as they pass us.

"Thanks about that," I said. He gave me a small nod before continuing to walk to the back. I was expecting him to say 'your welcome'

He climbed up in the roof while I tailed to follow him. It was hard for me to do it. When we reached the window, he quickly opened it and we went inside. The guard's didn't seem to notice us since it was dark.

"Did you even care that I almost fell!" I complained at him. He gave me this emotionless look that I hate the most.

From then I noticed that we were in a room, with three kisaengs  (prostitutes). We are doomed. The girls looked surprised.
