Personality: Cold, silent, strong and intimidating. He can sometimes be a bit of a hothead but has a soft side that rarely comes out, even to those close to him.

Relationships with characters:

- Kiyoko: Matsuo finds Kiyoko's childish behaviour quite amusing. He usually sticks up for Kiyoko when she gets in trouble but often gets dragged along into the whole situation.

- Satomi: Matsuo finds it amusing, how Satomi's whole personality changes around him. Though these two don't talk much, Matsuo usually seeks Satomi's advice when he needs help.

- Ayame: For an unknown reason, Matsuo doesn't like Ayame. He's usually fights with her and intimidates her. Even though Matsuo intimidates most people he purposely intimidates Ayame.

- Chiyo: Matsuo meets Chiyo officially when he's gets stuck in detention with her for backing her up in a prank. He usually looks out for her and is a close friend.

- Yuka: Even though Matsuo is older than Yuka, he sees her as an older sister. They're close friends and have a great bond.

- Naoharu: Matsuo finds Naoharu very annoying but underneath they are good friends. They can count on each other when it comes to trouble and he often helps him in pranks.

- Takashi: Takashi and Matsuo are great friends. They've known eachother since they were young, through their parents and seemed to drift together

- Ryuu: Ryuu and Matsuo are close friends. Ryuu teases Matsuo a bit but stops as soon as Matsuo gets irritated. But overall they're good friends.

- Yamato: Yamato and Matsuo don't seem to like each other that much but they are a very good team when it comes to revenge or pranks. They slowly become good friends.
