Personality: Very hyper and an experienced pranker. All ways happy and can be very cheeky
Relationships with characters:
- Kiyoko: To Chiyo, Kiyoko is her leader and someone she looks up to. Always playing pranks together and both are quite similar in personalities.
- Satomi: Chiyo and Satomi get along well and she sometimes helps Chiyo with her pranks. She sees Satomi as an older sister
- Ayame: Chiyo and Ayame often quarrel about the smallest of issues. But the two are close friends. They usually get along and have a strong bond.
- Yuka: Whenever Chiyo goes overboard with her pranks or hurts someone while doing so, Yuka's always there so tell her. Yuka's always on the look out for Chiyo making sure she doesn't destroy anything.
- Naoharu: Chiyo often argues with Naoharu. She always makes sarcastic comments on whatever he says. But when they're not arguing they are pulling pranks and getting along.
- Takashi: Chiyo first met Takashi, by hiding behind him when Ayame was chasing her. Takashi smiles at Chiyo's enthusiasm and loves her hyperness. To Chiyo, Takashi is like an older brother
- Matsuo: Chiyo is usually scared of Matsuo. But warms up to him when he backs her up in a prank. She usually relies on him when it comes to trouble.
- Ryuu: Chiyo finds Ryuu, kind of annoying when he calls her 'cute', 'adorable' or 'little kid'. But they are friends under all the teasing.
- Yamato: Chiyo seems to run into Yamato all the time when she's running around the school. She usually finds him sleeping on the grass. She seems really confused on how someone coul be soo lazy and un-active.
