"Babygirl, wake up, it's almost time for daddy to go." Daddy mumbles gently as I feel myself lifted out of my crib.

I whine and cling to him as he bounces me gently. "Don wan daddy go." I mumble as tears fill my eyes.

"I know, I won't be gone long. I think your uncles are gonna take you out for icecream and to the park, doesn't that sound fun?"

"Wan daddy." I whine again as I bury my face in his neck.

"Daddy will be home at 1:00 in the afternoon. You can wait that long, can't you?"

"No." He chuckles.

"Oh yes you can, and you'll be a good girl for your uncles, right?" I sigh.

"Yes daddy."

"Good, thank you babygirl.

He grabs my stuffed cow and my blanket and wraps me in it before carrying me downstairs where calum is in the living room on the couch.

Daddy sets on the couch with me in his lap, letting me lay against his chest and watch cartoons.

"Alright baby, I have to go now." He mumbles after a few minutes. I whine as he stands up and hands me to calum.

Suddenly we hear yelling upstairs and I frown, as does calum and daddy.

Michael and ashton yell at each other, becoming increasingly loud.

"Crap." Luke mumbles. "I'll go see what's up."

"Arent you gonna be late?"

"Doesn't matter if I'm a few minutes late." He sighs as he jogs upstairs.

I bury my face in calums neck and try to block out the yelling.

"Fuck you!" Michael yells as he comes down the stairs.

"Get your ass back up here!" Luke yells as he marches down the stairs and grabs Michaels arm, dragging him back upstairs as Michael yells profanities.

After a few minutes I don't hear any more yelling and Luke comes down stairs.

He sighs as he bends down to be eye to eye with me. "Everything's fine, princess, don't worry. Daddy won't be gone long. I love you babygirl." He rushes out as he pecks my lips.

"Love you too daddy." I sigh as he pulls away and stands up, grabbing his keys and rushing out the door.

"Drive safe!" I yell and he smiles at me before running to his car.

"Don't you dare leave that room until I say you can!" I hear Ashton yell in a stern voice as he comes downstairs. He smiles comfortingly at me as he sees the tears running down my face.

"What's wrong?" I ask, not really in headspace anymore.

"Nothing you need to worry about, little one." He assures as he picks me up.

"Obviously there is. What's wrong? Why's Michael in trouble?" I ask as he carries me into the kitchen.

He sighs as he sets me in a chair at the island.
