The birds rise from their slumber to chirp in amusement at the moment us two corpses shared.

Our contact send shivers throughout my skin yet I felt the same feeling I had before. No longer did his lips have that warm feeling to them but they still managed to wake all my senses. Although there was a physical difference, the rest remained the same.

"Yoongi, that's your name right?"

He moves away but only mere inches. There was curiosity in his eyes while he asks the question, truly a beautiful sight. I lay my hand on his cheek. Without thinking, I swipe my thumb against his skin. In between us there was liquid, a single tear had rolled down his cheek.

"Yeah...that's my name." '

His lips curl upward and I see teeth, he smiles. All emotions hit me at once as I stared at his angelic face of pure joy.

"Yoongi!?"

"Yeah!"

"Yoongi!"

He laughs loudly before engulfing me in a hug. His small hands grasp at my shirts as he dig his head into the the back of my neck, his laughter fills the room. I can't help but reciprocate the action. He keeps repeating my name like it's the best thing he'd ever come to discover.

"I knew it wasn't Agust! I knew it!"

I nod my head but don't say anything as he pulls away, his hands rest on my shoulders. The smile remains on his face lighting up the room more than the sun had ever. My stomach felt light and I couldn't help but pull on his cheek.

"You remember me Minnie? Do you know who I am?" I ask hopefully.

His grin falls and he darts his eyes away from me. Another crack forms on my heart as he returns to his emotionless self and the light in his eyes disappears. He shakes his head, his gaze on my chest.

"I...I just remembered your name and it something...something went off inside me. I-I can't really explain it." He says rubbing the back of his neck awkwardly.

I don't blame him for shattering a piece of me after such a joyful moment, instead I thank him with a peck on his cheek. I tell him not to stress about recalling me, it'd come eventually. It takes all my will to not spill out all I was to him from the lost puppy look on his face. It wouldn't be right of me to tell him, he should fine out on his own and not feel any pressure if those feelings had changed or disappeared all together.

"Let's go join your brother for breakfast, I'm sure Hyung could use some help in the kitchen."

Jimn agrees without a fight and climbs off me. I watch him go into the room, I follow right after. I point to a seat just across from Jungkook and he takes it. It's weird to see him sitting there, looking straight at his sibling as he the boy tries to devour the food in front of him. Jin hands me a magazine and I toss it at him.

"I heard him laughing." Jin whispers as he spreads the butter on the toast. "It was nice to hear."

I nod my head as I watch the dead struggle with reading the words on the paper but he still tries. He looks at the words through squinted eyes until he sets the paper down and pushes it towards the teenager across from him. A finger falls on a group of letters then a question of their meanings.

"He remembered my name."

"Does he remembered you?"

I shake my head. "Not yet but eventually."

Jin hums in response. He turns around and leans against the counter as I have been doing, with the toast in his mouth he watches the siblings interacting. Jimin's pout appears, he was lost once more.

"Still want to leave?"

"Absolutely not."

"She asked me for my number."

"And?"

I lean close to my best friend with the most mocking expression I could  manage as he looks out to the grass in disgust. His hand lands on my face, he pushs me away with a scoff.

"I told her I didn't have one and she got offend. She said my excuse was the worst lie she'd ever heard and left...I wasn't lying!"

Laughter erupts and it's only mine. He rolls his eyes as I giggle at his terrible experience. Life at the coffee shop Hoseok works at seems to keep him busy and entertained, it makes me happy. He runs a hand through his black before flicking away a speck of dust on his arm. He tells me more stories of the happenings during his shifts at work until he asks me on the progress with Jimin. I let him know of the incident that morning and the widest grin appears on his face.

"That such progress Yoongi! You know what that means right?!"

I smile sheepishly, I knew it exactly what that meant.

"Lucky you are!" Hoseok slams my arm and laughs happily at the news. We talk more and more, children eventually appear on the sidewalks. Turns out there's a school nearby, a middle and elementary school. The small humans ran along the sidewalks with their parents and some with friends.

"There's a little girl in our building you know, she's cuter than all of them. She loves to pet Holly when she sees him."

Hoseok always liked children, even when we were in school he claimed he wanted to have at least two. When we were together he had brought up the idea during our late night talks, he spoke so fondly of children. It caused me sadness to see the small grin on his face as he looked out to see what he couldn't have.

"I'm sorry Hoseok-"

"YOONGI!"

I stand up in disbelief at the figure that runs up to us. As quick as I had seen anyone ever run, a woman runs up to us on the porch. I was engulfed in a hug, blond strands cover my vision.

"Chaerin?!"

She pulls me away. "I have something really important to tell you. Let's talk inside please."

Hoseok leads her inside the living room past Jimin who did not bother to look away from the television to get a glimpse at the intruder. Chaerin didn't acknowledge him either, she was far to focused on getting into the kitchen to do so.

"What's going on Noona?" Hoseok asked concerned from her pale face and trembling hands.

She looks between us with worried filled eyes before exhaling a shaky breath.

"I went to see Jiyoon, she's dead."

I raise an eyebrow in confusion. Hoseok chuckles at her, "We know, she lived with us-"

"No, she's really dead."
