A/N: Heyyooooo! Here's the new chapter........I am not that satisfied with it, to be honest! Though, it describes the vulnerable side of Katherine and how sometimes some small things can make a person breakdown! Hope you like it!
Dedicated to Locky because she is awesome!
That's all for now, folks! Enjoy! Happy Reading!

After Archer gets over his shock of me agreeing to work, I park the bike in its place again and follow him to the library with no words exchanged during the walk there. Once there, Flynn and Portia stare in awe at me before I snap at them and they return to their work.
“Okay, so are we going to do the play?” Archer asks, looking around the table. Flynn and Portia nods and his eyes land on me. I bite my lip before nodding. “Great, now who’s going to play who?”
The rest of the period is spent discussing different work while I try to stay awake and listen to what they are saying. When the bell rings, I whoop in victory which earns me a glare from Archer but I stick out my tongue at him which leaves him shocked. I chuckle at the expressions of the three nerds surrounding me.
“I can’t come up with a badass response all the time, nerds. Just because I act all tough doesn’t mean I can’t be immature at times.” I say before snatching my bag and getting up. “I bid you geeks adieu.”
“Miller, remember to meet us at my house.” Archer says ignoring my previous statement.
“I am not going to make any promises but I’ll try to come okay? Will you guys just chill? It’s just one bloody project.” I mutter and their eyes bug out as if I just talked about killing a puppy.
“A bloody project which is quite important for a good grade this year.” Flynn speaks up, his voice starting off confident but turning into a whisper at the end. I roll my eyes at them and leave the library when suddenly fingers curl around my wrist. On instinct I turn around, raising my fist to punch whoever it is. But my fist stops midair and I look up to see a frowning Archer.
Oooo surprise, Mr. Frowny Nerd Face is frowning.
“What did you just call me?” He says, his eyebrow furrowing in confusion.
Shit I said that out loud.
No kidding, dumbass.
“Nothing.” I reply dryly and free my fist from his hand. “What do you want?”
“I need to talk to you in private.” Archer says a serious tone in his voice.
“About?” My guards go up as I notice the serious look in his eyes.
“Your life.” He replies, a bit hesitantly. Immediately I step back from him and chuckle humorlessly.
“My life is none of your business, Theron.” I say coldly.
“I am aware of that but—“
“But nothing, Archer. Stop being fucking nosy and stay out of my fucking life.”
Archer clenches his jaw and an unreadable expression passes across his face.
“Fine, whatever you say, your highness. But I don’t care about you and never will, I don’t want to waste my time on you. I don’t give a crap what happens to you and the only reason I am talking to you right now is because I care about Ian. He’s a nice little kid and if you need any help regarding him, call me. But if you want to be a bitch then be a bitch because I am pretty sure Nobody can stop you from being one.” He says emotionlessly and walks away, his hair lost in the swarm of students.
