It's been a week or so and Info-chan could already beat the crap out of Nemesis. Oka was getting to Info-chan's level, but would never use her strength unless she had to.

Oka was still getting used to her robot leg. She ran/jogged everyday around the house twice to get used to the thing.

Everyone pitied her at school, which she hated. She didn't need their sympathy. What ever happened happened. And that was that.

The four other girls knew better than to show their sympathy and pity. Oka knew that. But she could still see that glint in their eyes whenever they caught a glimpse of her leg.

It pissed her off.

But she never showed it.

She told herself over and over. Don't go berserk. Don't go berserk. Don't go berserk.

"Oka? Oka, are you okay, love?" Ayano shook her out of her thoughts.

"Huh? Oh, sorry. I'm fine." Oka gave her girlfriend a sad smile before Ayano hugged her.

"I'm sorry."

"For what?" Oka asked.

"I know that you hate it when we pity you. And I know that you notice us giving you the sideways glance. But we can't help it. What happened to you was traumatic. We couldn't do anything to stop it from happening, even if we wanted to. It was so sudden. We were scared. And we still are." Ayano rubbed her tiny girlfriend's back.

"Why?"

"We're scared that you might freak out because of your leg. What happened happened, Oka. And there's nothing we can do about it. But what happened to you could mess with your mind too."

I know what you mean, Ayano. I've been through this talk with Dad after our horrific week of torture.

"I understand. But you don't have to worry about me."

"I love you. I love you so much." Ayano held on tighter.

"I love you too." Oka kissed Ayano's shoulder and let go.

"I'm gonna head out for a bit. Get some fresh air the park." Oka grabbed her jacket, sneakily grabbing a swift army knife from a table and stuffing it inside her jacket pocket. Just in case. It's getting late and creeps might be coming out.

Ayano hesitated before saying, "Stay safe."

Oka headed out the door and waved.

"You're not gonna go after her?" Nemesis raised an eyebrow.

"No. She needs time to cool off. She hates being pitied. We've been pitying her ever since she got into that car crash. She needs to put the pieces of her life back together." Ayano smiled and turned to Nemesis.

"You know what I mean, Mirikato?"

"First of all, don't call me that. Second of all, yes. I know what you mean."

"Good. 'Cause I'm not going over it again."

~~~~~
It was pouring.
The rain seeped through Oka's jacket hood as she walked around the park.
Kids were running to their parents to go underneath the umbrella as dogs rolled in the mud.
"Hey, Oka." A familiar voice was heard and rain stopped hitting Oka's jacket hood.
She looked up and saw a black umbrella.
She looked to the person who owned the umbrella and looked at charcoal gray eyes and dark gray hair.
"Hi, Taro. What brings you here?"
