"I was mad, angry at my mother and father. So I went to the clearing, it had always been sort of my safe haven. I had been there dozens of times but the last few weeks I had been going to see a boy, we would meet in the clearing, spending hours talking, eating, hiking, sometimes I would just paint him. He was beautiful, always kind, but on the night I was attacked. I had awoken to a note on my pillow, he confessed how much he loved me and that he was different, a werewolf. He told me to tell my parents, he said he knew what we were and if they approved of our relationship, he wanted to take me with him. He said he was coming of age, that he needed me to rule along his side, that we were made for each other. My parents forbid it, so I ran. It was late and very dark, I stumbled upon a wolf in the clearing, I yelled out "Conri" and ran to the creature, but as I approached, the beast turned his head, in that moment I knew that was not my love. It's eyes were so red, almost glowing. The black wolf attacked me tearing pieces from my body, I just remember screaming out for help and another wolf coming, ripping the beast away from me. I crawled, only looking back to see how much distance I had put between us, but when I did I saw his eyes, my Conri's eyes. Everything went black after that, I have hazy memories of a silver wolf licking my wounds, caring me, but then I awoke in a very strange place, I spent moths with a women named Meditrina. After she fully healed me, Conri came and got me. He took me to his home and taught me how to fight. He kept telling me I had to be prepared for some battle, but when the time came to fight for him....I couldn't. I was pregnant with Connor, neither of us were willing to risk losing him, so I went home." Sahira told me, tears running down her face.

I sat wide eyed, waiting for her to continue. "I have never told anyone what truly happened while I was gone and I hope you will share this story with Connor, when you take him with you." she tells me, taking my hand. "How did you know I wanted to take him with me?" I asked. "Yechida, she is very special Khons. I have a favor of my own to ask." Sahira explains. "Anything." I answer simply, earning a wide smile. "I would like you to take Yechida with you, and after she leads you to Lina, I would like you to take care of her as if she were your own. I can no longer protect her and without Connor she will be unhappy, they were made for each other."she answers hesitantly. "She is his...?" I question. "Yes, they will bring unity between all races. Will you protect her?" she asks. "Yes, with my life." I smile up at her, as Yechida runs into the room smiling brightly. "Thank you! I already know where your Lina is, we will leave in two days, bring plenty of clothes, we will be going into the human domain." Yechida exclaims, hugging my waste before running off to inform Connor.

"Thank you Khons, keep a close eye on her. Many want to steal her away, she will be very powerful." Sahira says, whispering the last part. "I will do my very best." I wave following after Yechida.

"Did my mother tell you what you wanted to know?" Connor questions as I approached him and Yechida. "Yes, you should both go and pack. I will explain on the way to my home, then we will search for Lina. Is that alright Yechida?" I asked. "Yes we have four days until she arrives in the human territory." she smiles sweetly before running off to pack. "Why am I going with you?" Connor asks. "Would you rather stay? Your mother asked me to take Yechida, and well, the rest is going to take a while to explain, but you are more than welcome to stay." I tell him smirking. "No! I will go, I can't just send Yechida off with a stranger. I'll pack and say goodbye to my family." he tells me, walking further into the home.

I make my way out of the house, sitting on the steps of the porch, I mind link my father. "Father, please make sure the portal I came through is open, I will be there shortly, and I am bringing a few guests. Also let Conri know I will be requiring an audience with him, and have Mother pack me a bag for a week long trip." I speak through the link. "As you wish. I will be at the portal waiting for you with Luna Thea and Alpha Conri." he tells me. I thank him and cut the link just as Yechida and Connor walk out of their home.
