"We can’t just wait!" I was pacing back and forth in Sadie’s room, trying to figure out a way to keep her safe.

Dorian and Sadie sat in silence watching me. Finally I had enough of doing nothing.

"We're going back to Mystic Falls." I said firmly, my pace coming to a finish.

Dorian stood up and walked over to me and whispered so Sadie wouldn’t hear.

"Is that the safest option Damon?" He asked, concerned.

"Of course it is! We have friends there who will help, here were alone." I said.

Dorian nodded his head in agreement.

"I can’t go back." Sadie mumbled.

We both looked at her; she was staring at the floor, her hands gripping her seat, making her knuckles white.

"Sadie, it’s dangerous to stay here." I said, kneeling down in front of her so I could look at her, she looked scared.

"Damon, you heard what Dorian said, the owner wants me to suffer, what if they kill everyone I love in mystic falls? At least here I have no connection to anyone."

She had a point, but I didn’t want her here without any help. I was taking her back, I promised her dad and myself.

"Sadie, you’re going back whether you want to or not. It’s for your own good." I said with finality.

Sadie didn’t say anything for a few minutes until she whispered.

"How can I see everyone after I just left? Stephan and Elena? My dad? They won’t forgive me..." She trailed off.

"Sadie, they all miss you, your dad more than anyone. You did nothing wrong, you thought you were helping."

Sadie sniffed as a tear slowly fell down her cheek, then she nodded.

We packed up some of Sadie’s stuff, just the important things she would need and put it all into a back pack.

In the morning I went out to 'find' a car we could use, after I spotted a nice sports car, I quickly fed off of the man and ditched his body.

When everything was ready we all climbed into the car and headed towards Virginia waters.

"Are we getting a plane?" Sadie asked from the back seat.

"No, were teleporting." Dorian answered.

Sadie gave him a sarcastic look.

"He's serious; it’s travelling through waterfalls, old witch magic." I said to her.

Sadie slumped back into her seat, a look of confusion flashing across her face.

We reached Virginia waters in fifty minutes, Sadie followed us into the water and trudged over to the falls, I helped her up onto the rock.

"Close your eyes." Dorian instructed us.

I heard the click and saw the bright light through my eyelids. When I opened them we were at Mystic falls, it was night.

I carried Sadie to the edge and we both climbed up, Dorian close behind us.

When we reached the top two familiar faces greeted us, and they weren't happy.

Elena and Stephan stood glaring at me. Sadie hid behind me; they didn’t seem to notice she was here.

"Damon, where have you been?" Stephan asked angrily.
