You were a rebel.
Shiver eyes with a genital heart.
But, were bent
on living with
bullet proof doors.Maybe that's why creatures
with faces that
dripped with fright,
with savage jaws,
and blazed red eyes
easily changed you.You made a deal.
Based off their bent lies
and torn stories.
But beware hell's
savage jaws.The deal was cheap.
You screamed,
shook with fright,
as the elevator broke
and death played
with you all night. This poem was inspired by David Bowie's album Diamond dogs. I took lines from the album and turned it into a poem.
