The Library p.2
I dig through the CDs the library has.
Most of them are all out of order, but I'm hoping the one thing I'm actually looking for shows up somewhere in all this mess.
"Elijah." Someone calls out from the front of the library.
"Please don't yell in here, sir." One of the librarians say to Grey, one of my good friends.
"Shit, sorry about that." He says to her and she rolls her eyes and continues on with what she was doing.
He smiles as he walks over to me looking at one of the girls in the library who was checking him out and when she realized that he looked she blushed and turned around.
Grey is the type to grab all attention in a room, not because of his looks, but his swagger.
I'd have to tell Eliza about that.
"Hey, man." He says as he sticks his hand out for our handshake that we made when we first met.
We go way back.
"What are you looking for?" He asks as he starts going through the F section.
"Top secret." I say as I go through another row of CDs.
"Someone told you to listen to it, didn't they?" He asks as he stops flipping through and looks at me.
I don't answer.
"Yep, it's for a girl. Me too." He says as he punches me in the shoulder lightly.
"Maybe we can help each other out, I'm looking for Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons." He says as he turns to flip through more.
"I'm looking for Stevie Nicks." I say as I turn back to the S section.
"What's she like, or he, or whatever." He asks as the intercom system for the library goes off saying that we have 10 minutes till the library closes.
"She's great."
"Yeah, mine too." He says and we spend the next few minutes of flipping in silence.
"You said Stevie Nicks, right?" He asks and I look over at him and he has a CD in his hand, and at the same time I found what he was looking for too.
"Yep, here's your CD." I say as we trade.
He found mine in K and I found his in X somehow.
"Stay good, alright?" He says as he starts to head to the check out and then back to his apartment.
"I will." I say.
I hope I will is more accurate.

Grey is one of my absolute favorite characters ever, if you've read one of my other books you can find him and all his sweetness. If you know who he is we probably go wayyy back. So yeah I'm very glad I added him!!
Anyways school is over soon so I'm trying to update as much as humanly possible so, another update possibly tomorrow or the day after :)
