The is a space bridge in Megatron's body. It is literally inside him.
Since Shockwave made Megatron's bodies, he was able to construct a space bridge within the body without Megatron knowing. This was part of Shockwave's plan to bring back Nova Prime in case the Decepticons lost the war... which they did.
