I sat quietly in front of a fire in the cold, bitter snow. And my body's being controlled by a crazy psycho maniac who want's to destroy the world. Yep, life is great right now. I kinda feel bad about ditching Destiny, almost setting Jocee on fire, and blasting Chase off his feet but I swear that wasn't me I would never do that to my friends it was all Pollux. Inside I was screaming.

I stared into the fire then heard footsteps. I slowly looked up, my face had a dull and murderous expression. Hades was standing before me and he grinned as he stared down at me. "Hello Pollux." he said quietly.

"Hello master." Pollux responded. His voice was grim as he forced me to bow.

Hades chuckled wickedly as he fixed his gaze on me. The storm dissipated as he laughed, the world around us seemed to be deathly still now a shiver crawled down my spine. "I've mastered everything that is required to open the portal, my lord." Pollux said soberly.

"Well done." Hades flashed an evil grin. "You have one more day to get to camp, Pollux."

"Consider it done, hopefully I won't run into anymore problems."

"Excellent, but if you fail you will release the boy and you will go back to the dust from where you came."

"Yes, master." Pollux replied.

"I am pleased with your loyalty Pollux." Hades snapped his finger and a black side zip hoodie appeared on me. "Consider this a reward for your loyalty."

"Thank you master." Pollux said bowing deeply.

At that, Hades disappeared.

I stood by the fire for a moment to warm up. When I was warmed I put out the fire and went back on my journey to go back to camp. After an hour or so walking I felt as if I were being watched but shrugged it off and dismissed it as paranoia. Soon I could see camp in the distance. "Finally." Pollux purred.

At that moment, I felt someone tackle me to the ground.

"What in Hades' name?! I thought I got rid of you?!" Pollux growled.

"You can't get rid of me that easily." Chase said, pushing me hard into the ground. "Now get out of him. Now."

"Not until I'm done with him." I punched him in the face.

'Sorry.' I said in my mind.

Chase barely flinched and remained on top of me. "You'll get out of him right now!" he growled, pinning my arms down as well.

Pollux chuckled villainously. "You can't hurt me, you can only hurt him. I do believe we had this discussion once before and in the same position too. Well done son of Ares, you're repeating history." I blasted Chase off of me and sent him back five feet.

Chase slammed into a tree but remained on his feet. "You're right, I can't hurt you but Broox can." he growled, staring into my eyes.

Those words struck me hard, but how can I fight back... I have already lost once before how can I win this now?

"Broox, you can do it." Chase said. "We are all depending on you."

"He's too weak now." Pollux snapped. "Nothing can help him!"

"Only you can help yourself Broox. If you don't, we all die." Chase said.

As soon as he said that I tried to think. Oh gods I tried so hard to think! But Pollux wouldn't have it, he fogged my mind up as much as he could. I looked up and saw Jocee with Destiny. Pollux sighed. "I don't have time for this!" Pollux said out of frustration. I started to glow before I knew what was happening the scene changed and I was back at camp.
