ariana had been sitting in waiting for a while, scrolling mindlessly through twitter for a while. a lot more people, she noticed, had followed her and were starting to tweet about her ep. it made her happy to think that people enjoyed her music.
"ariana!"
ariana looked up quickly as she heard her name and immediately smiled.
angel.
ariana stood up and ran to her girlfriend, her arms wrapping around her neck tightly. she breathed in the sweet scent of her hair and laughed softly, her face now pressed into angel's neck. "i missed you," she breathed out.
angel had her arms wrapped tightly around ariana's waist, never wanting to let her go. "i missed you, too, love," the blue eyed girl said, her voice soft and quiet. "so, so much."
after another minute of hugging, ariana reluctantly pulled away, smiling brightly. her arms were still wrapped around angel's neck.
"uh, hey. i exist."
ariana looked behind angel and laughed softly. "hi, cara," she said and went to give her a hug before returning to angel's side. she took her hand gently.
"are you ready to go?" angel asked, looking at the both of them.
they nodded.

"you're so pretty," angel whispered, running her hand through ariana's long, brown hair gently. a grin broke out on her face as she noticed ariana's cheeks go pink. "aw."
"stop it," ariana giggled, pressing her face into angel's neck.
the two had been sitting there for almost half an hour, just talking and admiring each other. cara didn't mind them at all; she was too busy watching netflix to even care about what they were doing. they could be dying and she wouldn't even notice.
"why should i stop speaking the truth?" angel chuckled, running her hands up and down ariana's sides slowly.
ariana still had her face pressed into angel's neck, soft giggles slipping past her lips. "because you're making me blush," she said, nudging her nose against the other girls jaw gently. "and i don't like to blush."
"you're pretty when you blush, too," angel said.
"stop!" ariana pleaded, smiling.
"never!"
"mama's trying to watch her show, both of you stop!" cara said, her hand deep in a bucket of popcorn.
angel sighed and started to stroke ariana's hair. "sorry, mama cara," she said, causing ariana to giggle again. "oh, my god, you're so cute. please stop giggling before i die of cuteness."
ariana felt her cheeks heat up again and she pressed her face even further into angel's neck, biting her bottom lip lightly.
"hey," angel said and placed her hand underneath ariana's chin, tilting her face up. "would it be okay if i took you out somewhere tomorrow?" she asked. "i just figured that, since we're technically dating now, it would be nice to go on an actual date, y'know?"
ariana's face brightened as she heard angel say this and she nodded, smiling so wide that her face was starting to hurt. "yeah," she whispered. "i'd like that."
she could tell that she'd made angel happy with her response. the girls face was as bright as the sun. she giggled and hugged ariana close, letting out a happy sigh. "okay."
"i'm gonna go take a shower, is that okay?" ariana asked, pulling back to look into angel's beautiful, blue eyes that she always seemed to get lost in.
"yeah," angel whispered. "'course."
with a bright smile and a peck on angel's cheek, ariana stood, making her way upstairs with a slight sway in her step. she could feel angel's eyes on her and she grinned slightly, walking up the stairs with much exaggeration in each step. it was her attempt at trying to act sexy, and it probably wasn't working. ariana let out a deep breath when she reached the top step, knowing she was out of angel's field of vision. she knew she was a complete embarrassment.
