Chapter 8

Tris's pov
The gang is moving here today. Four has a girlfriend so I'm going to have one of my employees play my boyfriend. I call Alex and he says he will do it. I'm going to pay him a little extra on his next payday. I see the gang's cars pull up. I go outside and Paisleigh comes wobbling behind me. She started walking a week ago. She can say mama. She says a few words. Her first birthday is next week and I can't believe it. My baby girl will be 1. She wants a sibling she always says "mama me wanna brotha or sissy". I always say "baby girl mama doesn't want more kids for a little bit". She is starting to say dada but she gets confused because she doesn't have a dad. She will go mama where dada and I will say I don't know baby girl. At her next doctors appointment I'm going to see if I can get a DNA test done. I'm kinda scared though because if it's Four's then I feel like he will want some time with her and that would me that Lauren would be around my daughter and I hate Lauren so I would end up taking him to court. I'm very protective of my daughter. She is my princess and my baby girl and I love her more then life it's self. If Four takes her anywhere near Lauren I will kill both of them myself.
Time lapse to the doctors appointment
Tris's pov
The doctor says that we can get the DNA test done today. I call Four and call him and tell him that I need him at the doctors office there is nothing wrong I just want him here. He comes down with Lauren and I take a piece of his hair when I hug him. I get a piece of Paisleigh's hair and give both samples to the doctor. The doctor runs the test and says that it's a perfect match. I'm not going to tell Four yet. I'm going to talk to Zeke and the rest of the gang and tell them how I feel. I text the gang and ask them to meet me at Starbucks. I put Paisleigh in her car seat and we drive to Starbucks. I order a vanilla bean frappe and I get a table. The gang comes and asks what's wrong. I say "I found out whose Paisleigh's father is and it's four. I'm scared to tell Four because I don't want Lauren near my daughter. If Four finds out that Paisleigh is his then Lauren will want to hold her and stuff and I can't let that happen". The gang says I should just tell Four how I feel. They also said that they won't let Lauren touch Paisleigh. I'm so glad that I have such good friends. I text Four and tell him to meet me at Starbucks and I need him to come alone. He texts me back okay let me drop Lauren off at her hotel and then I will be there. Yeah, Lauren has to stay in a hotel because I don't want her in my house. Four and the rest of the gang is living with me but Lauren isn't allowed to step foot in my house or club. Four walks through the door and the gang has already left and they took Paisleigh with them. He gets something to drink and then comes sits down. (Four in italics tris in regular)
So why did u need to talk to me alone? What's so important that Lauren couldn't be here for?
I found out who Paisleigh's dad is

It's u but if u want to see her u have to come alone. I don't want Lauren holding our daughter. I don't even want her at the birthday party.
Tris Lauren is my girlfriend she might even become my wife. She is going to be allowed to hold my daughter.
I thought u were going to say that and I promise u Four I won't let u see ur daughter if ur going to let Lauren hold her.
Fine then I guess we are going to court.
Fine we will go after Paisleigh's birthday party and by the way it's at the house and Lauren can't come because it's my property and I'm saying she can't.

I drive home and go inside. The gang is sitting on the couch waiting for me to tell them what happened. I start crying and say that we are going to court. They all ask why and I say because I told Four and he said that Lauren will be holding my daughter and how we got into a huge argument and we are going to court now. I'm most likely going to win because Lauren has done drugs and had to get help because she is an alcoholic. She smokes and it makes me uncomfortable to let my 1 year old daughter around her.
