Lai Guanlin, the perfect guy everyone loved. He has everything everyone could ever wish for but he wasn't happy, he wasn't happy with his life.

Jin Yulhee, a college student who lost her eyesight a couple of years ago, but still managed to find happiness.

"Bye Yulhee! I'll pick you up again tomorrow." Your best friend said as she dropped you off at your apartment . It's been 3 years after that horrible accident, which caused you to lose your ability to see. However it didn't stop you from achieving happiness again.

You wanted to enter your apartment as you suddenly heard a guy crying and yelling a couple floors above you. It made you curious so you carefully got on the stairs with your white stick cane that led your way.

"Hello?" You asked as you heard sniffles in the hallway. "Who are you?" You reached in front of you, trying to feel your surroundings.

"Can't you see! Everyone recognizes this face of mine and it's making me sick!" He growled as you startled and looked down in slight fear.

"I-I'm sorry I think I should go." You said trying to find the way back down by touching the walls.

The guy notices your stick cane and realized that you were blind. He felt really sorry.

"Wait." He said getting up from the floor and held you by the arm. "I'm sorry if I scared you, I didn't mean to. I'll help you down the stairs." He offered as you smiled.

"Don't worry, I'm blind but not helpless." You said as a smile appeared onto his face.

"I'm really sorry if I scared you." He apologized. "I just moved here and I just had a very bad day."

"Are you okay?" You asked as you felt his grip on your arm loosen and soft sniffles.

"Yeah. Yeah I am." He lied as he quickly wiped his tears away.

"Aren't you happy?" You asked as your question hit the mark.

"Honestly...I feel very unhappy in this cruel world. It's hard, especially when people think I have a perfect life without any worries." He said as you nodded.

"Let me take you to a place." You suggested. "What's your name?"

"It's Lai Guanlin." He said.

"Nice to meet you, I'm Yulhee."

"That's a beautiful name." He smiled and helped you downstairs.

You took him to the park where you used to explore the outside world for the first time when you got blind.

"You should know how lucky you are." You said. "You can see the beautiful world, the flowers, the sun and the beautiful sky. You may know all these simple little things but you just don't realize how beautiful it all actually is." You said as he thought about it.

"The world is a cruel place Yulhee. Believe me."

"I know it is, but that doesn't mean you can give up and be depressed all day."

"You're a pretty wonderful person you know that?" He said as you blushed.

You laughed at his words as he saw how beautiful you were and how happy you were going through this life. He was pretty envious at you.

"This life of yours, of all of us, is precious and you should be grateful that it was given to you so live it well." You said putting your hand on his chest that was beating.

"I think...you made me fall for you in just a day." He said shyly as he placed his hand over yours that was on his chest.

"Someone like me? I mean I am disabled." You said unsure as he cupped your face.

"You opened my eyes." He said. "And I think you are the only think I was missing in life to make me happy again."

"Even though I can't see you, I know you're sincere to me." You said as a tear rolled over your cheek.

"You're beautiful my love." He said making your heart flutter at his words.
