Today, your best friend Hwiyoung called and asked if you were wanting to hangout at the beach.

"Sounds fun!" You said with enthusiasm as a smile immediately appeared onto his face because of your reply.

"Alright I'll pick you up in a minute." He said happily and ended the call.

As the two of you arrived you picked out a nice spot to settle. Hwiyoung took a deep breath as he was mentally preparing himself.

"I need to confess my feelings to her and tell her that I want to be more than just a 'friend'." Hwiyoung thought as you got a text message from your boyfriend.

"Babe, where are you?" He texted.

"I'm at the beach." You replied.

"Alone?"

"No with a friend."

"Which friend?"

"Why so many questions? Come join us so I can introduce you guys to eachother. You guys never got a chance to meet." You replied as Taeyang decided to come.

"Hey um.." Hwiyoung started nervously as you put your phone away." There is something I really wanted to tell you."

"Really? What is it?" You asked smiling.

"IreallylikeyoubutIwasjusytooshytotellyou." He said in one breath as you chuckled.

"Talk slowly Hwiyoung. I couldn't understand a thing you just said." You laughed as he blushed.

Your smile disappeared as he stared into your eyes. Noticing that you didn't say anything anymore, he leaned in and kissed you. He thought that his actions may be clearer for you to understand than his stuttering words.

You quickly pushed him off as you looked away.

"Y-you don't like me?" He asked hurt.

"I do like you but...just as a friend. Nothing more than that and besides I already have a-"

You got cut off as Taeyang suddenly arrived and pulled you up by your wrist. "We need to talk." He said tightening his grip making you wince.

"I-I can explain!" You said as he pulled you away from Hwiyoung who left with a sad expression.

You felt really sorry for him and wanted to make the situation clear to the both of them but because Taeyang pulled you away you didn't got the chance to. He stopped pulling you as Hwiyoung was out of sight and let you of you as you whimpered and rubbed your wrist to ease the pain.

"Explain this." He demanded with suppressed anger while clenching his fists as you bit your lip in slight fear. He was always very sweet and caring towards you and it's your first time seeing him this angry. That misunderstanding must have hurt him a lot.

"I thought you said you were with a friend." He said.

"It isn't how it looked like. He really is my fiend but I didn't know he had other feelings for me besides that."

"You want me to believe that?"

"What else do you want to hear? I'm telling you the truth else I wouldn't have told you that I was at the beach right?"

He thought about it and slowly loosened his clenched fists.

"Is that for real?" He asked as his expression softened. You nodded as he hugged you tightly.

"You aren't lying to me right?" He said on the edge of crying.

"Ofcourse not. I wouldn't dare after your behavior just then." You smiled as you rested your head against his chest.

"Oh right." He said holding your hand and immediately checked your wrist. "Did I hurt you?"

"It's fine, really." You replied as he placed a kiss on it to ease the pain.

"I'm sorry I didn't mean to, I was just too angry and-" he said but you cut him off as you cupped his cheek.

"Don't worry. I'm fine as long as you believe in me." You smiled as you pecked his lips making him smile too.

"I'll trust you from now on." He said as you giggled. "But what about your friend?"

"I'll talk it out with him tomorrow but don't worry about it, you're the only one for me." You said as he couldn't hide his big smile.
