Peter and I talked for a couple hours before falling asleep. After my nightmare last night, I didn't get much sleep. I also guessed that Peter didn't sleep afterwards, since he was probably worrying about me. I woke up a little while later and saw that he was still sleeping. I slowly got out of bed, trying not to wake him. I silently walked over to the couch and sat down. I watched the fire crackling in the hearth. Peter was on my mind. Although we have only known each other for about 6 months, I really do love him. He understands me perfectly. And what's even better is that he understands my depression. The other people that know, don't really understand. They try to force me to talk about it. Peter doesn't. He knows that when I am ready, I will talk. That's really important. Being forced to talk about why I am depressed doesn't make things better. Just by being with me and holding me, Peter made things better.

All of a sudden, it hits me. I've been in Narnia for 6 months. I haven't been home for that long. What if time actually has passed back in my world? What would my friends and family think? Oh, I wish there was some way to know what is going on in my world. As I wish this, I hear a noise behind me, like someone walking up to the couch. I turn and see a great lion. Aslan. He's as majestic as he is in the films.

"Aslan." I breathed.

"Hello child. I am glad I finally got to meet you. I have watched you both here, and in your world. I know you worry about your world. Fear not. The prophecy has been fulfilled. The passage of time is back to normal. No time has passed in your world and it won't until you return to it." Aslan explained. He sounded exactly as he did in the films; like Liam Neeson. I breathed a sigh of relief.

"Does that mean I will return to my world?"

"Yes, my child. You will return when it is time. But right now, you are needed here. I see that you have caught Peter's eye." Aslan said, looking over at Peter, sleeping on my bed. I felt the blood rush to my cheeks and I smiled.

"I suppose I have."

"You will make a fine queen, Elizabeth. You will be a good source of guidance for Peter. You know me well in your world. That will aide you in this one." I looked at Aslan in shock.

"Wait. Me? A queen? Does that mean... is Peter..."

"Relax, dear one. All in due time." Aslan chuckled before continuing, "For now, this is the end of our first meeting. I will see you again though. Do not tell Peter or the others that I was here. Goodbye for now, my child." I heard a sound from the fireplace and turned to see what was going on. When I saw nothing, I turned back around and saw that Aslan had vanished. What did Aslan mean when he said I will make a fine queen? I love Peter but am I ready for marriage? And what about my life in my world? I love it here in Narnia but I do miss my world sometimes. I miss my family and friends. No... don't worry about that right now. Aslan said that I will eventually return to my world. But what if I do marry Peter and I have to leave him? I couldn't do that. I'm shaken from my thoughts by Peter stirring. I turn to face him and see him open his eyes and look for me. He found me and smiled. His smile made all of my worries go away. The sun was setting, making the light come into the room and shine on Peter. It made him look like a Greek god. His blonde hair looked gold and even though it was tousled, it looked perfect. He propped himself on his one elbow and just looked at me, smiling. I giggled before questioning him.

"What are you staring at?" I asked.

"Nothing. You just look beautiful. The sunlight is making your hair glow. You just look perfect." He said, causing me to blush. I stood up and walked over to my bed. I laid down on my stomach next to Peter and propped myself up on my elbows. I ran my one hand through his hair and he closed his eyes.

"I love it when you do that." he hummed. I laughed and removed my hand from his hair. He opened his eyes and pouted. "Hey!" I laughed loudly before laying on my side and facing him. I rested my hand on his cheek and his rested on my waist.

"I love you Peter."

"And I you, Elizabeth." Peter said before leaning in to kiss me. Our lips met and this kiss felt different than our first. This one felt more desperate. Peter deepened the kiss and ran his hand up and down my side, feeling my curves. He turned his body over so that he was hovering above me, his one arm supporting his weight while his other hand continued moving on my side. My arms were around his neck as we continued our kiss. Our lips moved in sync and I moaned, in spite of myself. Peter moved to begin kissing my neck. I had made out with other guys before but nothing compared to this. Peter was gentle and passionate. I soon felt his hand come under my nightgown and touch my skin on my side. I gasped when I felt the contact. I was not expecting it at all. Peter abruptly stopped and pulled his hand away and broke the kiss. He sat up next to me and hid his face.

"I am so sorry Elizabeth. I don't know what came over me." He said, embarrassed. I sat up and laid a hand on his shoulder.

"It's alright Peter. We both got carried away. It happens." I tried to comfort him.

"I know it happens. But I don't do things like that. I'm supposed to be the gentleman. I was raised to only do things like that when you are married." He said, frustrated.

"Peter, look at me, please." He turned his head to look at me and I smiled gently. "Those things happen. I was raised the same way. And I believe that things like that are supposed to happen after marriage. But when two people really love each other, it just happens. The important thing is that we stopped before it got out of hand. And you are a gentleman. You always have been. That's one of the things that I love about you." Peter smiled at me.

"I suppose you're right. But I don't want that to happen until we're married." My eyes went wide in shock and Peter laughed at my reaction. "Relax Elizabeth! I'm not proposing. Yet." He winked at me. I laughed and slapped his arm.

"Don't get me wrong Peter, I do want to marry you. But not yet."

"I agree. I believe we should wait a little while longer." He said, playing with my fingers. I really had found the perfect man. We shared the same beliefs and knew that we wanted to get married. I just hope we'll be able to marry before I return to our world.
