Casually browsing my anime suggestions and I came across this gem called 'Highschool Star Musical' and I would not be mentioning it if it was not-- read
I've never watched something so ridiculous before, and I've watched a lot of anime. It's an all male school, and the main character enrolls there but we don't know why
Within the first episode you have a lot of stupid shit going on
For one, the main character is extremely cringey and stupid even though he picked this school
Within the first 7 minutes there's a musical number and like 5 guys dance across your screen coat tails flying and singing some song about how they're basically the student council and arrogantly boasting about how everybody wants to be them
And then there's this really weird audition thingy that- don't even get me STARTED on it because it's just that painful to watch
I've hardly finished the first episode and it's all just so ridiculous and hilarious that I'm surprised it isn't in the comedy tags xD I encourage you to check it out
