In danger

A/N: I'm sooo sorry for taking so long to write a chapter.. I've been busy lately but I'll try my best to update weekly. If you guys arent busy i would really appreciate it if you checked out my second book Reality and dropped some votes. Xx

"Laaurreeel" Someone gently tapped my shoulder. "Whaat" i groaned and went back to sleep. "Laaaurel wake up!" That someone was very serious. I slowly got up and was shocked when i saw Liam.

"Sorry Liam i thought you were dad.. What's wrong?" I asked sleepily. "We can't stay here.. you can't stay here" He said. "Why?"

"We're in danger.. i can't explain it now but we have to leave right now or it would be too late to leave so come on.. grab everything you need and be quick!" He said waiting for my mind to register what's going on.

I immediatly took a bag and placed everything i need in it. I changed into a worn out shirt and jeans and vand and pulled my hair in a loose pony tail. I tried dragging the bag since it was very heavy but Liam came and threw it easily over his shoulder and shrugged as he walked out of the house. I went to check on Dad but i couldn't find him...

"Liam? Where is my dad?" I asked him worried. "They took him.. and they took my mom too but i can't explain right now we have to leave before its too late" He said.

We immediately got into the car and Liam was driving soo fast that i was afriad we might get into a car accident. "Liam what the hell? Slow down!" I said. "There's no time" He mumbled.

I just sat there silently.. trying to process all of this. Why can't i live a normal life without problems? Why can't i live like every normal kid knowing that all of what I'm going through right now doesn't even exist.. i mean why me.. why-

I was lost in thoughts until Liam turned the car quickly to the left causing me to lightly hit my head against the window. "I'm sorry i didn't mean too.. and why are you not wearing your seatbelt aren't you guys suppose to wear it like always?" He asked accusingly. "Yeah whatever, it's okay" i deadpanned ignoring his question.

He sighed. "I know its hard for you.. its just i can't explain it here because its too important and they can be listening.. and you can live like any normal kid because you are special and you will know that someday" He said sincerely.

Wait.. did he just? "Did you read my mind or something" i asked. As he stopped the car he said. "Yep... i have my wonders" He winked at me before stepping out.

Before i can open my door and he quickly ran to my side and opened it for me. "Your Majesty..." He trailed off trying to lighten up my mood and it worked because i laughed.

We were going inside a normal looking house well he was going and i was following before we entered.

"Where do you think your going?" A deep voice said.
