The next day I was checking my email in the new house I had woken up in after escaping the horror of my first wish.

There was the usual news updates when I logged on. I usually just went straight to my inboxwithout looking at the news but today one of the pictures caught my eye.

It was a picture of a man who had just won the lottery and now had a huge mansion, fancy cars,  and $27,891,543 in his possession.

Wow! I thought. That would be really cool! I wish that was......

I stopped myself before finishing what I was thinking.

My hand was burning.

When I looked down I found the lady's reminder tattoo glowing on my hand.

BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU WISH FOR.....

That was what it said.

I closed my eyes and thought for a moment.

Do I really want this?

This sounded like a really good wish. A wish that had the potential to change my life for the better!

I decided to give it a try. What could go wrong? I mean, becoming a millionaire with a big masion and big fancy cars! What's so bad about that?

I closed my eyes again. I grabbed the table in front of my and whispered,"I wish my life was like that. I wish I was a millionaire with a big mansion and big fancy cars."

Once again I felt a rush of wind, only this time instead of a cold, dark wind it was a warm, sunny breeze.

When all the rushing stopped I heard the rushing of cars and felt myself sitting in one.

The seats were soft and leather. The car was pleasantly warm and had a faint smell of champagne.

I opened my eyes to find myself in completely different but plea sent surroundings. Apparently I was in LA. The sun was shining, the streets were busy, and I could see a beach up ahead.

This was definetly much better than my first wish.

I realized also that I was in a limozene just like the one in the picture.

The driver was tall, dark and remained silent and still and he drove carefully around in all the busyness of the city.

After a while, we pulled off to a long, private drive. It was paved smoothly and lined with perfectly trimmed trees.

I could just barely make out a courtyard and as we got closer I saw that it was filled with people.

A garden paty apparently.

Was I going here?

I looked at myself thinking that I was still just in my jeans and tank top that I had been wearing earlier, but when I looked down my old clothes had been replaced with a light-weight peach colored sundress.

On my feet were a pair of white heels and I was wearing beautiful and probably very expensive pearl earrings and bracelets.

Beside me also was a little white handbag. It went perfectly with my outfit!

Soon, the driver stopped, got out and opened the door.

I got out slowly.

"Thank you.", I said to the man.

He just smiled back and drove around to the back of the house, wait, big masion I was standing in front of.

I just stood there and wondered how all this was happening so perfectly when my last wish had been a disaster.
