I woke up the next morning tired and confused. I looked around me and realized that I wasn't in my own bed. This was Brandon's bed!

I looked around me, taking it all in. The darkness, the smell of wine, and the faint, very faint, smell of my perfume.

Then I looked down and saw my clothes in a pile on the floor. This was NOT good. I had expected this to be just a simple date night. Dinner and hanging out after. But this had gone too far.

I hardly even knew him. I looked over at Brandon who was still peacefully sleeping. He wasn't worried at all! I quietly got out of bed and got dressed. I put my hair up in a messy bun that didn't look nearly  as nice as it had the night before. My makeup was splotched all over my face too.

Maybe I looked sexy last night, but I certainly didn't look sexy now! I went into the bathroom and washed the makeup off my face. I had to get out of here.

When I got to his front door I realized that I didn't have a way of getting home. Brandon had come to pick me up. I could call Cece, but that was if all else failed. She would make this into a big thing and probably spread a rumor that I was pregnant.

All I really wanted now was to get out of this! I closed my eyes. This wish had been nice, and this life had been wonderful, but it was time for me to move on.

Just as I was about to say my wish I heard footsteps behind me and then I felt a hand on my shoulder. I turned around to see Brandon. He was half dressed with some old gymm shorts. His hair was messy from a good night's sleep and my lipstick had stained his mouth.

"Wait! Where are you going Babe?"

"Home.", I siad firmly.

"What, is there something wrong?"

"Well, not exactly, I just need to rest for a while a-", but he cut me off before I could finish.

"Oh, well I can take care of that right here! I've got plenty of rooms upstairs."

".....at home.", I finished.

"Ah, I see. Well, don't leave without this.", he said and then handed me a pregnancy test.

"What? No. You......um, you keep it. Why do you have this anyway?"

"For nights like this. I mean, this is only our second night together but I just kept it to be safe. You didn't take it last time either."

Wait.....so we had done this before? How much of this life had I missed?

"Hailey, just take it. It would make me feel better.", he said.

"Oh, fine. Now, can you drive me home?"

"Alright."

Reluctantly, I got into his car, even though I had been the one who asked me to drive him home. The only reason I did was because at least he wouldn't keep bugging me about everything like Cece. But the ride was awkward because neither of us spoke. I just wanted to wish myself out of this mess, and Brandon couldn't seem to understand why I wanted to leave.

He also didn't seem to get that it was strange that he just randomly kept pregnancy tests around his house. I took it and had it in my purse, but I wasn't going to use it. At least I didn't think I would. I was glad when we finally arrived at my house.

I got out of the car and turned to look at Brandon. I guess it was a little sad that I wasn't going to see him again, because as soon as I got in the house, I was going to wish this all away. I looked at his face. He wasn't looking at me, he was looking at the floor of the car.
