Bandit Keith: okay. I don't hate him.
Bandit Keith: just putting that out there from the get go. I do not hate him
Bandit Keith: but he has every right to hate me
🌚: You've know each other for like a week, wtf did you do?
Bandit Keith: well, we kinda.. already knew each other?
Bandit Keith: in elementary we went to a camp together, and I picked on him
Bandit Keith: a lot
🌚: and he still holds a grudge? Did you like beat him up or something?
Bandit Keith: I pushed him around, and said some awful things, but I don't think he even cares about that anymore.
🌚: Then what is it?
Bandit Keith: well
Bandit Keith: one night he got pushed off the dock into the lake
Bandit Keith: and he almost drowned
🌚: So you almost killed him? Well that makes sense, if it were me I'd probably hate you
Bandit Keith: THATS THE THING! IT WASN'T ME! THERE WAS THIS OTHER KID WHO TRIED MAKING ME DO IT, BUT I FELT TERRIBLE IN THE FIRST PLACE FOR BULLYING HIM, SO WHEN I TOLD THE GUY NO, HE WENT OUT AND PUSHED HIM IN
Bandit Keith: it wasn't me Shiro
Bandit Keith: and I don't know how to tell Lance that, because I don't think he'll believe me
🌚: That's..
🌚: Well if I'm being honest, I don't know what to tell you
🌚: Have you tried explaining?
Bandit Keith: welllllllll
Bandit Keith: you see, I tried telling him over text. And he kinda sorta blocked me
🌚: Wow. I didn't think you were this much of an idiot
Bandit Keith: I know! I can't believe myself either! But I don't even know how to approach him.
🌚: Look, I don't know Lance that well. I just really met him when we assigned this project. But if I know anything about him, it's that he listens well. When the group comes over to my house to work, we'll end up talking about personal stuff, and he just listens and understands.
🌚: But he also likes to be listened to. He loves talking about the stars and about his family and about some really deep stuff you'd never expect to come out of his mouth.
🌚: So ask him about his day, about his thoughts on global warming, about his favorite movie, and listen to him. Then ask him if he'll hear you out. Don't be a dick. Be vulnerable. Tell him how you feel, and how you want to fix the problem. Be honest with him, and I'm almost certain he'll try to believe you.
Bandit Keith: are you sure?
🌚: Well I'm not him. You'll just have to see for yourself. But even if he doesn't believe you, at least you'll know that you tried.
Bandit Keith: I guess thats what I'll do
