In the doorway of my room stood my mom dressed in a medium length dress of Anne's. It was black and a little touch of silver up near the small straps. The dress hung a little loose on my her due to her size, which was on the small side. She was wearing a pair of black and silver heels which matched the dress perfectly. Much to my mom's happiness, she and Anne did happened to have the same size shoe, so the shoes weren't flopping off of her feet. I stood up from my sprawled out position on my bed to pad over to my mom. She engulfed me into a hug while I whispered to her.

"You look beautiful mom," I could feel her smiling as her chin rested on top of my head. Her new confidence was radiating off of her as I took in the up close makeup. Over her eyes, a sliver eyeshadow was dusted across. A straight smooth black line followed along her lash line, and her eyelashes were so long and black they almost looked fake. Her long, dyed, brown locks were curled to perfection and tumbled to mid chest.

"Thank you," she grinned and kissed my forehead. "We're going out to dinner and probably going to be out till late," she let go of me, "call me if you need anything we won't be too far away." She reached into her purse and pulled out her phone to reply to the text she just received. My dad came into the room from behind my mom and handed me two 20 dollar bills along with a 10 dollar bill.

"What's this for?" I asked a bit confused.

"If you and Brad decide to do anything. But if you just decide to stay here and order food from the hotel just charge it to the room." Yeah I don't think I'll be using the $50 but, I can't refuse it because they can't know about mine and Brad's true situation.

With a hug and a quick thanks to my dad, they are just about ready to leave. As much as I kind of wanted to go with them to dinner, I was happy I could just relax tonight and not have to worry about putting on a fake smile when I was around Brad. They both waved and murmured a quick 'I love you' and I returned the favor as the walked out of my room, my dad's arm wrapped around my mom's waist. I hope one day I'll have someone who will love me the same way my dad loves my mom.

After I heard the hotel room door shut with their exit, I went back to my phone, that I'm on all too much.

Just minutes after my parents had left I heard a soft knocking at the door of our room. I had my suspicion of who it was. Dropping my hot phone onto my bed, I got up and made my way over to the door.

With the twist of the handle, the door swung open and I was happy to be faced with a person who wasn't Brad. Instead a middle aged bell hop dressed in a grey uniform stood at my door with a luggage cart beside him. On the cart my eyes spotted my familiar purple suitcase that I held earlier today.

"Collins?" He questioned to make sure he was at the correct room.

"Yes, that's us" I responded. He nodded and searched the cart for the luggage that carried our name tags. He pulled my purple suitcase and the two matching grey ones that belonged to my parents off the cart. I opened up my stance in the doorway a bit so he could roll the bags into the room. I took the ten that my dad had given me just a small time ago and handed it to the bell hop to show my appreciation while I said thank you.

"Thank you," he spoke in a quiet voice as he turned and walked out of my room and into the third floor hallway of the hotel.

Now that I had my suitcase i could change into my own clothes and out of these ones. Even though I loved this shirt so much and possibly loved the smell even more, I knew I needed to change. With the zip of my zipper, the suitcase opened revealing my clothes. Digging into my suitcase, I found a pair of comfortable shorts and a light tshirt.

I switched my clothes and re did my hair which was now a mess, just throwing it up into a high ponytail. Just as I was about to plop back down onto the couch to watch some tv, I realized that I should probably return Brad's clothes. Letting out a sigh I grabbed the clothes and folded them and headed for the door. The door that connected our rooms would probably be best to use so I decided on it slowly opening it up.
