~Alicia's POV~
I walked up the steps and in through the door to see I was the first one here.
"I'm glad you made it Alicia."
I nodded silently taking in the view of my headmaster.
He noticed my uneasiness and said "I know it hurts Alicia. But it has to happen."
I nodded not really trusting my voice at this point.
"What are you more nervous about?" He asked.
I looked towards the door worried Harry may walk in on this conversation.
"I'll listen out." He said.
I looked to him and smiled slightly saying "I'm not sure sir. I'm scared to have Harry think I'm betraying him when I know I'm helping him. I'm scared of what is to come. I'm scared that I'm going to have to be the one to kill you. I'm scared that if I don't succeed my father will have to step in and kill you just so he can gain complete trust with the Dark Lord. I never wanted any of this to happen." As tears finally fell down my face.
He looked at me sadly and said "I know. I know. But it does. And this is a good thing. It may not look like it now but in time you will see that this was worth it. Remember how strong your ancestor was. Remember the happy memories. And most importantly always remember this. Happiness can be found even in the darkest of times. If only one remembers to turn on the light."
I nodded and the door opened.
I quickly wiped my face and composed myself.
"Ah Harry. There you are. Ready to go?"
"Where might we be going professor?" Harry asked.
"Remember that cave that Tom Riddle took the other kids to that I saw a picture of when I first met him?"
"Yes?"
"That very cave. I believe there is an important artifact there."
"What exactly?"
"A horcrux."
I looked at him confused.
"Ah yes. I forgot. You weren't here for that meeting. A horcrux is something that you can put part of your soul into and you can never die. Tom Riddle has 7 of them. But only 2 have been destroyed so far."
"2 sir?" I asked curiously.
He opened his drawer and pulled out a ring and Tom Riddle's diary that Harry destroyed in our second year to save Ginny.
"Remember these?" He asked.
Realization hit me and I said "So these items can be sentimental to him."
"Exactly. And one may lie in that cave. I must ask too much of you both tonight. But I am way too weak to carry on this journey alone. I need you both to accompany me. If you go with me, you both must swear you will obey everything I say."
"I will." Me and Harry said in unison.
"You both know what I'm saying? Should I tell you to run you run. Should I tell you to leave me behind and save yourselves you must do so."
I nodded slowly and Harry hesitated before finally agreeing.
"Good. Grab my arm."
Harry grabbed his good arm while I held his robes.
We disapparated and we arrived in a middle of an ocean on a rock.
The waves were wild and all over the place.
