Chapter 14

(Shannon's side of the story)

Alright it's two days before Harry comes home and I still can't find a way to tell him I'm pregnant.... Amy offered to help but I said I wanted it to be done genuinely  by me, but so far I haven't been having that much luck. I thought I would ask Dan to tell Harry but who was I kidding I haven't even told Dan about his baby sister or brother, and the best part is this is still considered a teenage pregnancy well actually I don't mind being a teen mom because then I'm closer to kids generation and I could understand them more. To be sure the day after I was sure I was pregnant I went to see a baby doctor just make sure everything was alright, she gave me a full check up and told me my baby was fine and that I hadn't done anything to harm the baby during the time I didn't know. Two week past and Amy was very strict with me she made sure I had enough sleep she helped a lot with Dan and she made sure I ate extra since I was now eating for two. Well the two weeks went really fast and I only had two days to think of something. I thought for a really long time and finally I got what seemed the best way I could, but first I had to get Dan ready "Dan!!! come down please!!" I screamed while he was upstairs in his room, he came running down to the steps I crouched down and picked him up "Dan we're are gonna go shopping to get a surprise for daddy okay" I said rubbing my nose against his, he smiled and revealed his dimples "what surprise mommy?" he asked I put him down and put my hands on my hips "a big surprise for daddy but we need to do it fast.. let's head to the mall" Amy was asleep so I left a note for her on the coffee table and the two of us head to the mall. Once reached there I went to the store I usually bought Dan's clothes from and finally found what I was looking for, it was a t-shirt saying I'm a big brother so hopefully Harry understood and got the message. I got one in Dan's size and went to pay the girl in the counter didn't look more than an year older than me and she smiled she had a rather warm and pretty smile which I really liked "hi what have you chosen to buy for your son today?" she asked looking at Dan, I didn't want the public to know anything yet and I was sure if she knew I was Harry's wife she would know it was his so I had to think fast I bit my lip and thought on my feet "uuh....oh.. right yeah.. no.. no this is not for him.. it's.. it's for my friend... yeah... as in it's not for my friends obviously why would she wear clothes for a three year old... haha.. it's for her son" I said quickly nodding and giving her the t-shirt "oh so I'm guessing your friend is pregnant.. tell her I said congrats" she said smiling "oh yeah.. sure I will" I said smiling and nodding I guess I looked a little crazy to her but she didn't say anything. I payed for it then Dan and I went to the food court and got some ice cream being Harry Styles's wife and son isn't quite easy to stay hidden quite a lot of people took pictures of us and many teens would squeal when they saw me or Dan. Once he was done with his ice cream we went into the parking lot and got into the car, I sat Dan in his car seat and strapped him and gave him some water in his sippy cup. I really hoped my plan went well, but then I started to think what if Harry wasn't happy? what if he didn't want the baby? what if management gets in the way? I tried really hard  to stay calm and finally I snapped back to normal.. c'mon Shannon think positive you and Harry have been through a lot this can't be that bad or could it? I had to stop this. I was thinking for so long I hadn't realized I was going in the wrong direction I was driving to my old house I sighed and turned the car around. We got caught up in traffic and we made it home finally pretty late. I parked my car and looked back Dan had fallen asleep I undid his belt and carried him, I rand the bell and Amy came she smiled and opened the door "want me to take him?" she whispered offering to take Dan, I shook my head "it's fine I like holding him" I said smiling I walked in and Amy closed the door behind me I went upstairs and into Dan's room. I slowly put him onto his bed and removed his sandals. I took the covers and tucked him in I kissed him on the forehead and slightly closed his room door. I ran down and Amy was making coffee in the kitchen "want one" she asked showing me her mug I nodded "yes please" I said sitting. "When's Ricky coming back?" I asked "he said he'll be back next week" she said smiling she always glowed when she spoke about Ricky, just like him  when he spoke about her, "oh that sounds-" my phone started vibrating I took it out and Harry was calling...
