I wont be adding authors notes to the beginning or ends of my chapters like most they will be in their own section.

I want to once again thank everyone who is reading and continues to read my story.

And again please feel free to point out any  mistakes.

Like the story? Leave a comment.

Hate the story? Tell me what you hate about it.

All I ask is to not be rude to anyone else commenting.

Don't forget to vote for the chapters you adore <3

Now on to the news.

This will no longer be just one book.

I wanted to hit certain plot points from the beginning of the addiction all the way through the recovery. (RECOVERY IS ALWAYS POSSIBLE) This book would be entirely too long if I tried to put everything in it so the series will now go as followed.

Hooked: The Making of an Addict

----------------------------------------------------------

Gone: The Story of an Addict

----------------------------------------------------------

Salvation: The Recovery of an Addict

All of the stories will revolve around the main character "Aaron" and his thoughts and feelings during his struggle.

Any chapters that I feel are too much will contain a warning at the beginning and may be skipped. I will put a synopsis of said chapter at the beginning of the following one for those whoaren't comfortable reading all the details.

My inbox is always open for anyone needing to talk. I am not an addict myself but I have had many addicts come in and out of my life.

Some of them have been sober for 10+ plus years and are continuing their journey everyday.

Some of them are just taking their first steps on the road to a better life.

Some of them have not reached the stage of asking for help.

Some of them have. But they relapsed.

Some of them are just tasting the high for the first time.

And some of them are gone. Overdosed on a a feeling they thought was the love they didn't have, when really they died out of pure fear of what the controlling substances would do if they left.

If you are an addict, a friend of an addict, family of an addict, or just genuinely want to learn more about addiction and how to help please feel free to contact me.

You have options. Take them. Don't let an addiction take over your life or anyone else's.

Ask for help. It's the best step you can take.
