Riker held me in his arms until his phone went off.
"Hello?" He says answering. "I'm at Bobbie's - Oh well, I'll be home later - Alright, bye." He hangs up. "That was Rydel."
"Did you tell her you were coming over here?"
"No, and she's a little mad I didn't."
"She'll get over it." I say without hesitation, Riker snickers. "Plus, it was better she didn't come, because we probably wouldn't have been able to talk."
"Yup, and I'm glad we did." He puts an arm around my shoulders, pulling me closer to his side. We sit there silently.
"So I have to ask," I start. "What's going to happen now?"
"What do you mean?"
"With Rocky."
"Well I talked to him, and everything is fine. He's going to keep his distance."
"So just to be safe, I won't be going over to your house for a little while."
"You can, as long as you two aren't left in the same room alone. I don't trust him."
"I don't either, but it would probably be a good idea for me to keep my distance too."
"Whatever you want to do."

Over the course of the day, Riker and I slowly drop the conversation about Rocky, and we just turn on a movie. Rydel text me to find out if and when Riker was leaving, so she and I could go out. Riker had planned on staying till at least dinner so we could spend some more time together, just us. She told me whether I had plans or not already for tomorrow, that she and I were hanging out and having a girls day.
"You didn't want to do anything tomorrow, did you?" I ask Riker.
"I didn't have anything planned, why?"
"Because Rydel wants to hang out, since she couldn't, well we wouldn't let her today."
"As much as I want to keep you to myself, you two have your girls day." I just give him a smile, and text Rydel back.
I'm good for tomorrow, so whatever you want to do girly.
Good ! I have the day planned, so be ready ! -Rydel
Should I be scared ??
No. :P -Rydel
......Okayy.

I tell Rydel to text me later tonight, so we can figure everything out for tomorrow. I put my phone on the coffee table in front of me.
"So I don't know about you, but I'm starving." I say as I sit back.

By this time, it was almost 7pm, and I've barely eaten anything today. Riker and I decide on just ordering a pizza and having it delivered, since neither one of us really wanted to go anywhere and I still had next to nothing in my place.
"I don't know what you want to drink, because all I have is water and liquor." I say, and just laugh at myself, because I seem like an alcoholic, when I'm not.
"Water is fine. I'd say I'd drink something else, but I do have to drive home."
"Well you don't have to, unless you definitely need to be home tonight." Riker just looks at me. "I'm just sayin'."
"So what you're getting at is that you want me to stay?"
"You can, I don't have a problem with it. And it wouldn't be the first time." Just then, there's a knock at the door.
