In the beginning the Mother Goddess Created the world. But it was devoid of life and so the Mother Goddess Pallas Athena took her milk and watered the parched ground giving life to all the barren land. This life is pure and devoid of any fault thus thou must live a righteous life. All life must be respected whether it be evil or pure of heart.
Plant life shall be respected for plants are the lungs of our world how ever you may eat plants as plants do not hold souls like animals do. Only Homme Trees are forbidden from being touched for their sap is pure and posses many ancient memories. The fruit of the Homme is forbidden to all life. Eating fruit from the Homme tree will lead to death. Death from committing the crime of eating the fruit of Homme will suffer for eternity in the Underworld.
Life is a holy thing which although only temporary is in itself eternal. All things must die and when they die they go to the underworld. But how they spend eternity is based upon how they lived. This thou shall and must commend thyself to care for your life. Life is followed by death but do not fear death for life is eternal in paradise. The underworld so long as you are of good soul may remain their for eternity. Live a fair and just life.
All God's belong to the Parthenon of Athenaism they are eternal life, they can never die. We in essence are mere mortals thus we live and we die. However the Gods promised us eternal life through rebirth in the Underworld. There we live in peace amongst our ancestors for eternity.
The Book of Life is an important document which shall since the dawn of time be used to record every birth of every person who is of the faith. Every marriage, every birth documented and recorded. Whence they pass away they shall be written as being reborn into the afterlife. For the Book of Life is holy and belongs to each Temple. Each temple in each city shall have a book of life in which each member of the Temple shall be recorded and written into the faith. They shall mark upon the book their signature or symbol and express how much finances they make and how much they wish to donate to the Temple for upkeep.
