When the Mother Goddess Pallas Athena created the world, she created the world out of nothing. That nothing blossomed in the form of life and all valuable things surrounding our world. When she created us she gave us free will, freedom of expression, and enough land, food, and water to sustain ourselves. She has blessed us with life and we in return bless her with undying love and affection.
Therefore are we not poor? You may ask these questions in devout daily prayer but in essence no we are not poor. The Mother Goddess Pallas Athena and her children, grandchildren, spouses, and family are all responsible for our well being. The Gods will never let us go hungry or be poor. Therefore we must repent our sins and ask for their forgiveness when we speak their names in vain.
Should someone find themselves in a situation where indeed they became so lost outside of the faith, they must be brought within and taught to relearn the ways of the Mother Goddess Pallas Athena and learn that it is she, and her family who give us the peace upon all life. That SHE is the reason why all life works in perfect harmony and thus you shall not starve. Within each temple, it is the duty of all temple goers to donate a portion of their divine and blessed harvest to the Temple. Should a member of the Temple grow ill, too old, or simply put loose their own harvest, their will be food, water, and shelter waiting for them in the Temple. Within the Temple there is no hunger, no poverty, no thirst, and no desire. The only desire is the desire of seeking penance and redemption for the past years sins. To love the Gods and everything they stand for.
When a member of the Temple begins to loose faith or has lost faith in the God's, it is important for the believer to relive themselves and be reborn within the Penance of the Temple. They shall be bathed in the Holy Water of the Temple by the Priest. They shall read the Holy Book and remember the vows given to them by the Gods that they should not be lost, that the Gods walk amongst all.
