Oh Crap. I think I'm gonna be sick

Nathan's p.o.v

There she was standing in my office shocked just as I I'm.

"Come in take a seat." Nick said.
I totally forgot he was there. She looked at Nick smiled and took the seat next to him. I tried to look at her in the eyes but she just avoided me. I cleared my throat to get her attention but that didn't really work.

"Welcome Miss. Smith. We're happy to have you join our team. Mr. Tucker has told me great things about your interview and I'm happy to finally be able to meet with you. Mr. Tucker and myself will be showing you around and helping you out when we can if not your assistant Mrs. Johnson the lady at the front will help you." I told her she nodded her head.

"Do you have any questions?" I asked her. "No." she said. "Ok great let me show you around." I said as I got up from my chair Nick and Christy followed.

"Ok will I'll see you guys later." Nick said getting up from his chair.
"Welcome Christy I'll talk to you later" he told her while he put his hand on her shoulder. My blood boiled was I jealous. Of what I have a fiancée.

Christy's p.o.v

Nick left Nathan's office. Nathan had a huge office. Once we were outside of his office I got to see were Nicks office was and his was at the other side of the hall. It was as big as Nathan.

"Miss. Scott. Follow me." Nathan said as I followed right behind him. We went down the hall to what I guess was a conference room. He unlocked the door and opened it up for me so I could go in first and that's what I did.

"This is the conference room. This is were all our meeting will take place and this is were you will come." he said " Ok." I said. " Be prepare to work 24 hours for me" he said.

What the hell! Who does he think he is my dad no so he can SHUT THE HELL UP! God why im I so angry.

" Christy are you listening " he said bring me out of my thought.

"I'm sorry what" I asked.

"Are you okay? You don't look so will" he asked concern.

"Oh I'm fine. Is there anything else you want to show me?" I asked him.

" Yes follow me." he said as we left the conference room. I waited for him to lock the room so I could follow him. We walked to a room that was next to his. He unlocked the door and let me in.

"This is your office. " he said. I walked over to the nice oak wood desk and chair I placed my bag on the desk. " Thank you" I told him with a smiled he returned and said "You earned it. Do you like it?

"Yeah it's really nice. Thank you again" I told him. I went over to my new desk and took a seat on the chair. "Ok. Now if someone calls you for me put them on hold then call me I'm number one on your phone, and if you need anything don't be afraid to call me or Nick." he said

"Ok. Thank you" I told him " I'll be in my office" he said and left my office.

I put my bag on one of the cabinets on the desk I put my jacket on the back of my chair. The chair was so comfortable it spinned too.

After spinning for a while I looked through my desk and found a notepad, pencil' s and pens, and sticky notes on the first right cabinet. On the middle one there was staplers, and paper clips, and on the left cabinet it had files. I took the notepad, pens, and sticky notes and placed them on the top of my desk. Now when is these meeting.

*RING RING*

I picked up the phone

"Hello Mr. James office these is Christy how may I help you?" I said trying to sound professional

"Hi you must be the new assistant. I'm Stacy Nathans fiancee." she said. Oh so he's engaged ass face

"Oh I'm nice to meet you is there anything I can help you with?" I asked

"No I was actually going to tell you that Nathan is mine okay so don't be like the assistant before you . She got fired because of me so don't think that Nathan would want to sleep with you. He has someone already and that's me so don't play games." she said. What the hell is her problem does she have a pole up her ass.

"No problem Miss. Stacy I wouldn't want Nathan he's all yours. But you shouldn't be telling me these should you be telling your fiancee to not flirt with other I don't know women."I told her. Yeah bitch i can play that game as will

"Bitch!" she said

"Listen Miss. Stacy I don't appreciate you cursing at me." I said

"You will pay." she yelled and hanged up. Just in time the devil came in

"Christy the meeting is going to start soon ready?" Nathan asked at my door.

"Yeah." I said and grabbed my notebook and pens

"Oh and by the way your fiancee called she's lovely." I said sarcastically

"What did she say?" he asked

"Doesn't matter."I told him

"Yes it does Christy." he said grabbing my arm.

"No it doesn't can you just let me go." I said looking into he's blue eyes they showed regret, sadness, concern, and lust. He started down at my lips then back at me he started coming close

"We have a meeting to go to." I said breaking away from he's hold

"Right." he said and we walked to the conference room silent but full of awkwardness.
