Pregnant with my new bosses baby

Chapter 18

I haven't talked to my mom ever since she found out I was pregnant since we weren't on good terms. Plus she wasn't happy that I wasn't married before I got pregnant so me showing up to her house was going to be a surprise for her but I need her right now I need her more than anything. The drive back home was a pain I wanted to turn back so bad buttttttt too late now I was about 4 hours away from her place so I have to keep going.
I could already hear my mom yelling at me once I get home.
"How could you just leave"
"You shouldn't have done that"
"See that's what happens we you don't know the guy"
Her stupid voice I could hear it. I mean it really isn't that annoying she does have a point she has many points I was dumb and I saw a hot guy and just couldn't help myself. Do I feel pathetic yeah I do I really do. But it's time for me to start my life all over again and maybe New Jersey my home town will be it I need a new beginning and so does Joshua.
-6 1/2 hours later
"So what exactly are you doing here?" My mom asked as we finally arrived at her place
"What I can't come and visit my own mother" I added
"With that tone I know that something is wrong. Here let me take my grandson inside and we can talk" she said taking Joshua out of the car seat. I just nodded and let her do her thing I just need someone to talk to right now and a mother always knows best.
I got my suitcase and closed the car door and headed inside to join my mom.  She still leaves in the same old house I grew up in I was sadly an only child and had no siblings growing up and my dad just recently passed away so I know it wasn't easy for her to live on her own when I decided to move and get my career started but she was still proud even if she doesn't want to admit it to my face but to everyone else she sure does.
Once I got inside I headed to my old bedroom and placed my stuff down.
