The mirror is a beast, the mirror shows her who she has become,
It shows everything about her is numb,
She has no more tears,
She’s done wasting her years,
She has lost the energy to be angry,
And saddest of all she’s lost her smile,
Her smile that caused others to smile,
When she looks int0 the mirror she sees
Only herself,
She is alone and by herself,
She is breaking,
And she still prays to a god she doesn’t believe in!
You see the mirror is a beast!
The mirror has stolen the innocence of the girl!
The girl with the pills in her hand!
The girl who has been beaten by man!
The girl who can no longer walk on this land!
The mirror is a beast.
