Man beats woman and says he loves her "I swear I herd honesty in his voice" she says and lets him off the hook smiles like its okay and says "I don't have a choice" just a simple observation, woman drinks her life away- with a cigarette in between her fingers she'll sell herself for quick cash, though the smell of mens cologne lingers, just a simple observation, man works days and nights he never wanted a wife,Says he'd never have time though somedays he feels he has too much time he lives within his lies,Just a simple observation, child wears long sleaves,child loves to read child says "books will take me to a far better place" child only wants to feel safe, a simple observation, girl writes until she has no more words, girl draws until she has run out of colors, girl lays awake girl lies and says shes ok, girl wants to be okay, girl cries, girl slowly believes her lies, girl smiles and says "im fine." Simple observation... girl is not fine.
