A/N: This is Parker, played by Blake Gray. It's kinda sad but enjoy anyways ;)
"U-um. I need a minute to speak with Sarah alone. Please." I was shocked. He actually cared about what was going on. Even though it was only 5 years ago, he thinks it just happened
But, is it really that easy to notice?
I thought I was fooling everyone.
It doesn't matter, all that matters is that he cares. As I pulled Sarah away from the sycamore tree, I asked her in a whisper," Why is he here?"
She replied,"Why do you care? Do you like him?" She nudged my shoulder as she asked me the latter.
I replied," Look, I don't know what you want from me. Maybe you just want to gain my trust then betray it like everyone else. I won't give in to you, like everyone else. I'd rather die than give you the satisfaction of trusting me!"
She moved closer, putting both her hands on my shoulders,"Look, I'm not like all the other girls and I'm definitely not like that Regina Whitehurst girl. I am your only friend at high school and your only chance at getting noticed by him." She looked at Parker when she said that, and I looked over her shoulder at him, too.
He seemed really concerned, watching our every move, mainly Sarah.
Did he think she was going to stab me?
I did notice she carries a knife in her one of her black boots. When she looked back at me, I crossed my arms, looked to the right at the road where his little Nissan Altima was parked, where her life had started to end. I knew she would want me to make a lot of friends, and maybe even, no, definitely get a boyfriend.
So, as I had promised to her, I said,"Fine, but if you betray my trust, I will-" I was interrupted by her sudden movement. She took her left hand and covered it over my mouth.
Oh, no she didn't. JUST DO THAT! She dead.
I wrapped my foot around her left leg, and shoved my heel into the back of her knee. I then took her hand and twisted it to my left, and heard a crack. I didn't give it a second thought. She then leaned over to her right, acting like her hand hurt. I thought to myself,"Something about her doing that, just doesn't seem right."
When she jump scared me, I hit her in the stomach, and she kicked me, not giving it a second thought. Then I realized, oh. She's reaching for her knife.
Hm, running sounds good at this point.
But it was like I was stuck there, almost like my body was rejecting what my brain told me to do. Then, I realized she was holding my leg with her bad hand, the one that I twisted. And she let go, only for a second to come up with the knife.
I underhandedly punched her chin and started to run towards the path that I came in by. Some hand reached for mine, and I ran faster.
I was not taking any chances. As many times as I had ran from other people trying to talk to me, or maybe kidnap me, I don't know because I never stayed around long enough to find out, I had a lot of experience in running and I had started to work on my stamina and breathing. Well, my lungs started to give out, even though I run with the track team daily.
Stupid lungs, they never help you when you need them to.
I didn't hear any footsteps, noises, or talking. So, I started walking back to the park and suddenly, I felt another clasp over my mouth. I was too tired to run. And if I screamed, it's not like anyone would be able to hear it,at least not this late at night, and it's not like anyone would care. The person who was holding my mouth came around from beside me and pushed me against the nearest tree, and I saw Sarah.
Of course.
She was really good at annoying people and betraying their trust. She said," You are so stupid for trusting me, or anyone else. Now, you can go meet up with your stupid sister." Keep in mind, she did have me pinned against a tree.
But what she said, she wasn't going to get away with.
I started kicking, trying to scream through her hand.
Then it dawned on me.
She was the stupid one. Putting her bare hand on someone's mouth and standing so close.
I opened my mouth, as if I were to say something, and bit her hand, then kneed her in her downstairs.
She didn't move to the bite.
Shocker.
But she did move to the kick.
This girl has a black belt in karate, or so I've heard. She then said," Smart, but not smart enough. Now, you die."
Gee, Sarah. That's one way to put it. I couldn't move my head, but I could have sworn I saw a figure moving up the path. And just as fast as I saw it, it vanished. I think I saw it move in my direction of the path, but even if it was someone, it wouldn't help. She had me pinned against a tree, and was looking on the right side of the path, so that person would be as good as gone.
And that was the moment that all hope was gone.
So, I closed my eyes, and welcomed death, probably as she did. And that was when Sarah shoved her knife into my upper leg, well, more like my thigh. And while she pulled her knife back, her grip loosened, leaving me to fall to the floor lifeless.
A/N: *sniffle* poor Caroline . Can she ever get a break? Anywayyyyss I've decided...hold on
ATTENTION IM DEAD!
Idk. Enjoy :)
