A/N: A depressing song for a depressing chapter.
Parker's POV(on the way to find Rosie)
"I swear if he does anything to her, I will kill him," I grumbled to myself in the passenger seat of the head policeman's car.
The policeman beside me, whose name was Arthur, said in a rather calming tone,"If he did do something to her, we will arrest him. Even if he claims that she is his mate, he wouldn't do anything to harm her... unless his wolf takes over. Then chaos forms and there is nothing we can do about it."
I punched the dashboard in front of me.
"I swear, he will pay if he does anything to my precious Caroline." Arthur understood and didn't say anything else, but I won't let the awkward silence get in my way. I sat there and kept playing the different scenarios in my head of what he could do to Caroline. He could threaten her, throw her in his dungeon and torture her, or worse.
He could mark her.
Oh god, we better get going.
I looked at Arthur and before I could tell him we had to go faster, he pulled up in front of the gate with his other men surrounding the perimeter. I glared at how big it was and then grabbed my binoculars.
I opened the car door to see the gate wasn't open but there were loads of were-wolves there. I quickly started scanning all of the windows before they opened the gate. I was about to give up when I saw a window open and a girl's figure climb out of it. Caroline!
I snuck to the left side of the gate. I stayed there and waited for them to open the gate. They finally did, and boy talk about full on bloody fight. All the wolves, well werewolves I guess they are called, and the cops. I used this chance to get in the gate. I walked towards the window and towards the direction of the window Caroline had climbed out of.
Caroline's POV (before the gate opened)
I had finished climbing out the window and stood there, staring at the gate with my binoculars. I saw Parker look up at me and then disappeared behind the right side of the gate, well he moved to the right of the gate to me.
The gates opened and talk about a full on bloody murder! I saw Parker sneak in and nearly fell of the roof because I jumped just a little. When he made it to me, he looked up at me and yelled, "Jump."
I nodded, more to myself than to him, he probably couldn't see it anyways. I was about to do the Leap of Faith, yes I am an Assassin's Creed fan, and I felt a hard pull on the collar of my shirt.
I heard Parker scream and I got pulled up, choking me nevertheless. After that, everything went black.
