"thing"

The first day of summer!

As my father drove me home from school all I could think about was summer! It was finally here, no more school or homework. I finally had time to myself, for the first time in forever! We finally reached home but as I got out of the car I could feel something watching me, it was staring right at me as if it could stare into my soul. I quickly grabbed my backpack and rushed inside where my father was already, I went right up to my room and looked out my window I could see something in the woods, it was vague but it was there.

I ended up falling asleep and I awoke to the sound of my phone ringing. It was my father he texted me " went to the store be home in an hour, love you! " I texted him back " love you too and can you get me some new headphones
please?" so as I sent it I go an response almost immediately he said " yes ". I decided it's the first day of summer I'm gonna draw, I totally forgot about the "thing" that was watching me earlier.

I got out my sketchbook and started drawing whatever came to mind but as soon as my pencil touched the paper I started drawing a monster. It was the only thing I could think of. It had white skin with fangs and sharp claws but at the same time it had a human like figure. I quickly pulled my long black hair back into a lose ponytail and I changed out of my jean shorts to comfortable shorts. All I could think of is what I drew, it had red hair and it's teeth were a brilliant white, it had on a long black cape and a white cloak. It had the brightest eyes you when ever seen, they were blue and black. It looked like they had spider webs in them. Finally after an hour it was finished. My father walked in the house with the stuff he bought at the store. He found me passed out on my bed and he woke me up to give me the headphones but as I went to hide my drawing it was gone and my window was open. "It was here" i whisper
