Kazuki reached the ship with the lifeless Lia in his arms and laid her in a bed.

"I'm sorry Lia." He took her cold hand. "This has hurt the people around you but, I can't let humans know that we exist. That is why I couldn't just heal you the moment I met you. That is why you had to die but I promise you will wake up. Your new life is about to begin and I promise I'll be there to help you. You won't be alone."

He grabbed a handheld mirror by her nightstand.

"This will be over quickly. It's a good thing you don't have to see this."

He had the mirror facing Lia at an angle that perfectly grabbed her image.

"From here to there, cast this from front to back."

Lia's image was completely locked in the mirror and couldn't grab any other reflection. He set the mirror on the ground and drew his sword. He thrust the blade right into the mirror.

"Now come out! Lia Amato!"

He removed his sword and a bright light shined from the mirror with a form, completely identical to Lia came out of the mirror. The clone of Lia then almost fell down, as it has no soul but it was caught by Kazuki. Kazuki then carried the soulless Lia back to the hospital and placed her on the hospital bed exactly as he found the real Lia. Looking at her like this, made him realize how sad of a scene this was.

He was then interrupted by a nurse who just entered the room.

"Excuse me, sir. Are you a family member."

He turned around. "No."

"I'm going to have to leave. The body must be removed from this room."

She rolled in the cot with a body bag and he saw that she was the only person here to lift up a human body.

"Let me help you with that," he said.

"It's fine, I have it. You can go."

Kazuki sighed. "This looks like it's too much for one to handle. I'll help you."

She looked into his eyes and noticed how they were a deep royal purple colour and was entranced by how they sparkled in the moonlight. She nodded and accepted his help. He lifted her into the body bag and they both zipped up the bag, resulting in their hands slightly rubbed agaist each other. She lightly pulled her hand away and started to blush.

"What's wrong," he asked.

"Nothing." She got her blushing under control. Kazuki and the nurse lifted Lia's body onto the cot. They both walked out of the room and Kazuki made it back to the common room where he left Akito.

"Komatsuzaki," Akito said. "I'm so glad you've returned. I was starting to wonder if you've forgotten that you left me here."

Kazuki noticed that there was a man and a young woman sitting down who looked like their whole world had just shattered. He quickly realized that was Lia's husband and her sister. He went over to the piano and started to play a piece.

"Komatsuzaki?"

He started to play Chopin's Etude Op.10 No.3, Tristesse. As soon as he played the first few notes, Silvia's emotion got to her and tears kept falling. She hugged Monte who was doing his best to keep his emotions in check while trying to comfort Lia's sister but even he let a few tears drop. He lightly finished the piece then got up from the piano and went over to Akito.

"We're leaving now."

Kazuki left the room with Akito following behind, finally returning to the ship.
