Lia followed behind Kazuki to finally meet everyone who has finally arrived. She was met with a lot of unfamiliar faces and she could sense that everyone was very powerful. It was almost hard to breathe for her with a bunch of powerful beings around her. It took her back to the time when she first met Kazuki and how his very presence paralyzed her. Kazuki looked down and noticed Lia's shortness of breath.

"Are you alright," he asked.

Lia nodded. "I think so."

Kazuki rested his hand on her shoulder and Lia's breaths became steady. He kept his hand there and walked Lia to where everyone was gathered.

"Everyone," Kazuki announced. "This is the human I have brought back from Earth." Lia's arm twitched when she heard him refer to her as a human. She wondered if that was all she was to him and she felt a little scared about that.  "This woman had suffered from one of the most common deadly diseases called cancer. She died but it has been proved with this woman that it is possible to come back from the dead."

"huh," Kaito teased. "You seem to be taking all the credit for yourself but left out all the details on how it was possible for a mere human to come back from the dead."

Lia looked over at the tall blue haired man and remembered him. He was one Kazuki took her to get the language imported into her brain.

"Are you implying that you did something to her," a middle-aged man with purple tied into a low ponytail asked.

"Now that you mention it," a petite girl with black hair and brown eyes said. "There seems to be something not so human about her. I do sense something strange about this girl."

Lia's heart jumped. She remembered closing her eyes in Monte's arms and the next thing she knew, she woke up in a different room with Kazuki by her side. Not only that, her vision has been so clear compared to when she was alive.

"So what," a tough looking man spat. "Who cares if Kaito did something to her. In this world, there's no way a human could survive. I hope Kazuki knows that."

"I see what you mean," a young teenage blonde boy said. "Not to mention, this one looks very weak. Why not pick someone stronger?"

"You're one to talk," a muscular young guy said as he put the boy in a headlock. "You're still a child yet, Toshihiro-chan."

"Oy," Toshihiro yelled. "I thought I told you not to call me that."

The muscular guy smiled, let Toshihiro out of the headlock and then proceeded to mess up his hair.

"It's quite obvious why Kazuki would choose her," a red-haired woman said.

Lia's head snapped in the direction of the woman who said that. Being the nerd she was, Lia's thought of her favourite anime right away. Bleach. The woman didn't look like anyone from the manga in particular but it was just the voice that reminded her so much of one of Harribel's fraction. Sung-Sung.

"She does resemble her quite a bit now doesn't she?"

"Oy," Kazuki cut in. Everyone then stopped talking. "I did receive some help from Kaito. If I didn't, she wouldn't be here today. But, I'll let her introduced herself to you."

Kazuki took his hand off Lia's shoulder, which left some of his warmth behind. Lia touched the spot where Kazuki's hand was but then faced the group before her.

"Hello. My name is Lia. Lia Amato but my maiden name is Belmonte. It's nice to meet you all."

Lia bowed before them to show her respect. She has finally gotten used to the culture a little bit where she knew that it was necessary to bow and not shake hands here.
