All I need is you - Bellarke

Chapter 12

Clarke's POV:

As the four of us had climed down the trees I had to come up with a fast back up plan. I had only a few minutes to make us ready. My brain was working like crazy. I need to protect my people.

-Guys, I will run back to camp. There is a way in for me without them noticing me. You guys will be my back up. If I need to, I need you guys to ambush them if they are making any sort of move to harm us. Okay? I said.

I ran back to camp. I was really fast. I went inside from a hole of the walls that protected our camp. They couldn't come inside because the walls had electricity so they would get a electric shock. Which isn't very pleasant. I saw Bellamy and Miller guarding along with other people. And from a distance I saw Luca and Chloe's horse. I sat up on the horse and trotted toward the gates where Miller and Bellamy were standing. They looked shocked as they saw me. I also saw Octavia walking out of the ark. She looked as suprised as them did. And last I saw the commander Kai and his six men riding on their horse toward our camp. I was glad that no one else was outside the ark except for our guards, Bellamy, Miller and Octavia.

-Where's Tavia? I asked Octavia fast.

-Asleep. Raven is looking after her. Don't worry. Octavia answered me. As I saw the commander coming closer I told our guards to open the gates and close them immediately when I got outside. What I hadn't realized was that Octavia had walked out with me. She had a sword in her hand.

-If they try to attack, you jump up on the horse behind me immediately. That's an order Octavia. Is that understood? I said to her.

-Yeah yeah. Let's get this bastard. She said and smirked. We were now standing like seven or eight meters away from the commander and his warriors. He was frightening me. The memories started to come back. My whole body got stiff and I felt unsure about everything right now.

-Just breath Clarke. Breath. Octavia whispered to me as she was standing right beside me. I tried to do what she told me. It worked for a few seconds until my breathing got uneven again. Then the image of my daugther got into my brain and I could breath like normal again. Both Octavia and I could hear commander Kai talking to his warriors in their own language. I didn't understand everything that they said even if I knew their language. I hadn't been around long enough to learn everything. Yet I used to teach my own daughter their language just in case.

-Huk op ai ai houmon bakon. Commander Kai told Octavia. Octavia looked at me shocked. She knew that i hadn't told them everything about what had happened to me and what I had gone through because I didn't had it easy.

-I don't know what you are talking about. She told him loudly even if she understood what he just had said.

-Huk op ai ai houmon bakon. He repeated. Octavia looked at me and I gave her a weak, sad smile and she knew the answer about that. Yet she was shocked.

-Clarke isn't going with you. She belongs to us. She said loudly again. I knew that the grounders could talk and understand english.

-Just give us Clarke and we won't harm you. One of the commanders warrior said.

-You don't own me! I almost screamed at the commander. What no one of my people knows about until now is the real relationship between me and the commander. Now Octavia knows and it scared the hell out of me. What will she think of me?

-Clarke comes with us and we won't harm you. If she doesn't we will hurt you Octavia of the sky people. Another warrior said. Now I started to freak out and so did Octavia. I didn't know if our guards heard what we were saying. But right now it doesn't matter at all. I was quiet for a few seconds thinking about what I would do. I didn't have much time to decide anything. I made up my mind and Bellamy would hate me for doing this.

-I will go with you. If you let my friend Octavia here walk inside to the camp when they open the gates and you won't do anything to her. Don't attack her. Is that a deal? I said and the commander was thinking about if he would take the deal or not. I already knew the answer because I know how he is thinking.

-Okay. He said. Octavia looked at me frightened. She didn't need to say anything her face showed me exactly what she was going to think. Don't even think about it Clarke. You are an idiot if you are doing this.

-Go inside Octavia. I told her and she did. She knew that there were no reason to argue with me over this. She would only lose the argument and we didn't have that sort of time in this situation. When the gates closed to camp Arkadia and Octavia was safe inside. Within seconds I lightly push the sides of the horse so we galloped away as fast as possible from camp Arkadia. Commander Kai and his warriors wasn't prepared for that so I had advange of that. The last thing I heared was Bellamy, Octavia and Miller's voices screaming at me.

Bellamy's POV:

I was releaved when Octavia walked inside the gates. But I was still worried about Clarke. What were she thinking? Octavia looked suprised, sad, upset and alot of other things. I was wondering what they had said out there. When the gates closed we saw Clarke riding away on her horse. My first thought that entered my brain was to scream at her to stop. Knowing Clarke she didn't stop at all. Miller and Octavia were also screaming at Clarke to stop. That didn't help either. And within a minute we didn't see her anymore. I turned to face Octavia.

-What did they say? I asked her.

-Her first plan didn't work because they came from another direction that's why she did this. But she made a deal that she would come with them so that they wouldn't harm me. Octavia said. Of course I was happy that she wasn't harmed but I was still upset over Clarke's deal.

-What else did they say? Miller asked.

-The commander named Kai said "Huk op ai ai houmon bakon." Octavia said and looked away. She was hidding something from me.

-Octavia, what does that mean? I asked frustrated.

-It doesn't matter Bell. Octavia said and tried to walk away, but I grabbed her arm hard so that she couldn't walk away.

-What does that mean? I asked loudly and frustrated. The guards and Miller looked at us curiously.

-You don't want to know Bell. Trust me. Octavia said harsh and glared at me.

-I WILL ASK ONE LAST TIME. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?

-Give me my wife back. Octavia whispered so quiet that I barely could hear her. But I did. I was in shock. I let go of Octavia and I got a hard time breathing. Why didn't she tell me that?

-Bellamy, believe me when I say this. It was a forced marrige. Clarke didn't want that to happen. Why do you think she ran away from that place? You have nothing to worry about. Clarke Griffin loves you Bellamy. Octavia said and ran away toward the ark leaving me in total shock.
