I guess everyone is a little messed up, some more than others. There's a few different types of "messed up" though. Some people are "gothic" or "scene" or "emo", dark clothed, black or strange colored hair, and stereotypically, scars on their wrists. It's not true, you can be any of those without being dark and satanic and a self harmer, it just takes self control.
There is also the "preps". Smart, dressed in appropriate plaid, bright, clothing. Nothing to hide, everybody knows their secrets and they have to get straight A's. I've been considered a prep, except "Preps" don't cut, and I do. I follow the rest of the criteria though, straight A's, bright clothes (not by choice), lots of friends.
Too bad none of those "friends" know anything about me. They don't know about the fact that I cry myself to sleep, that I beg for death, that I wish I would have been aborted. I'm not human. I'm a person that hates, and stereotypes, and doesn't belong here. I belong in Hell, burning for eternity.
