Chapter 7

Lily's POV

I wake up to the sound of my phone, I got a notification on Instagram, 125 likes? When did I post a picture that would get me that many likes. I grab it and get on and see the picture of me and Shawn kissing, he must have done it when I went inside to get my guitar. The caption says, "I wish I could freeze time and go back to this moment..." He was tagged in it.

"Uhhh," he stirs next to me, his eyes fluttering open and he sees me looking at the pic.

"What's this?" I say showing him the phone.

"Oh, uhh I kinda put that on when you went inside to get your guitar, I thought that were you know...... Together now." He says and my heart feels like it's going to pop out of my chest.

"Yeah, I did to I just..." I start but am cut off.

"Lily, do you want to be my girlfriend?" His cheeks are dark red and I'm sure mine are to.

"Yes." Is all I can manage to say.

"For real?"

"Yes, yes a million times yes." I say laying down hugging him, we laugh and are interrupted by Morgan, Konner, Mariah, Kaleb and Kaylee, all walking down to us. SHOOT!!!! I forgot they had to go home today.

"Hey sis, we're heading out, I guess I'll see you on thanksgiving or Christmas." He says hugging me and then looks over at Shawn and smiles.

"Really, the canadian? " He says and I just laugh. We walk up to the cabin with them and wave to them as they leave us.

"Hey, I'm going to go back to our cabin I'll see you guys later," Shawn says and he kisses me on the cheek. I wave goodbye and he takes off in his ranger.

"Soooo, you and Shawn?" Morgan asks with a smirk on her face. I nod.

"Soooo, you and Jack G?" I say and I remember her staring at him at the bonfire and how he would always sit next to her.

"Yeah, hey why don't we go drive to the party store I'm board and we haven't gone on am adventure in forever." Morgan adds. We always make a trip up to the small party store that basically only has bait, candy and a ice cream place next to it, we always go up and get fizz, those little candies that fizz in your mouth.

"Ok, let's go I got to go get some new clothes on I sleep out here on the sand and my back is killing me." I say as we walk up to the cottage.

"Wait, you guys sleep together? We'll not sleep together but you know together?" She

ask and I nod.

"Yes we're taking my truck so go get in I'll be out in a sec.

"Ok."
