After their performance, I noticed that Irene has been acting suspicious, she went back and fort into the backstage with the guys I have fought with because they were harassing Nayeon. She also kept gazing up at the ceiling.

"Yah, Jungkook."

"What is it?"

"I think Irene and Minho are up to something." I whispered into his ears. I low-key pointed her, and then the swaying spotlight.

Jungkook studies the situation carefully, and then he turns to me.

"I'll handle Irene, just keep an eye on Nayeon." Jungkook said heading to where Irene is.

They are going to announce the winner but Jungkook still hasn't come back.

"The winner of the battle of the bands is..."

The drum started rolling.

"The winner is the representative of Level 3! Congratulations-"

The MC was interrupted by a maintenance staff, he was explaining something to the MC while pointing his finger at the swaying spotlight, then Jungkook finally returns..

"I can't find Irene or Mino so I just told the maintenance staff about the possible danger."

"Right." I said then we gave each other a high five.

When the swaying spotlight was resolved and the stage was checked for other possible malfunctions, the judge called us on stage, and gave us the trophy and the cash prize.

We thanked the MC while bowing our heads, then we started performing the song again.

The next day, everything went back to normal but our homeroom teacher, Sir Junhui announced something to us about the changes of our Technology and Livelihood Education subject or also known as TLE.

"Good morning class, since you are the batch of graduating students, some of you will go to college, while some would choose to work immediately because of personal reasons. The school will pursue an assessment and certification of the competencies of the middle-level skilled workers, this assessment process seeks to determine whether the graduate or worker can perform to the standards expected in the workplace based on the defined competency standards." Sir Jun said looking at us with a serious gaze.

"Certification is provided to those who meets the competency standards. This ensures the productivity, quality and global competitiveness of the middle-level workers. Any questions?"

I raised my hand, "Are we all required to comply?"

"Yes."

The class began to groan.

"Guys listen, this will help you, if you passed the assessment, and can't afford college or still doesn't want to pursue college, you can work at restaurants, bars, cafes, salons, and et cetera. Just show the certification and you'll be right away qualified to the position."
