Trinity's POV

In the past few days I've managed to learn a couple things. One, life is short. Two, don't take it for granite. Three, your past can have such beautiful memories even if you didn't realize it at the time. Last but not least, four, I freaking love Olive Garden and William Farrington.

"Will you have to get some of this bread to go. It always makes me feel guilty asking for more, it's like I'm stealing something oh so yummy."

He laughed and then started to choke on the bite he just put into his mouth. He continued laughing for about thirty seconds before answering. "Yeah I'll ask, since you're such a wussy and a poor thief."

"I am not!" I exclaimed. "I think I am pretty sure that I am capable of stealing anything that I wanted to. Well who am I kidding, I couldn't steal candy from a baby. I'm too nice to steal from people."

"Is that so?" He looked at me and cocked up his eyebrow. "You? Trinity? too nice to steal from somebody? You stole something from me though."

Not sure what he was talking about I went with it," Oh really now? What did I steal from you William?"

"My heart."

I was in the process of putting another bite of bread into my mouth and then I froze. I wasn't expecting that. I was expecting something along the lines like 'sure you've taken my jacket from me a couple times', but to get that reaction warmed my heart.  I said, "I could say the same for you mister" pointing my finger at him.

He gave me that drop dead gorgeous smile of his. "You sure? All these years I thought I was being strung along for the ride." He teased

Crossing my arms over my chest I said, "Yeah because that's what I do. I get people close and crush their little hearts in the palm of my hand."

Mimicking my action Will put his arms over his chest. "I knew it all along." He said and then winked at me. "Anyways, how bout we get outta here? Just me and you?"

"I didn't know there were more people here, but sure." If someone else was going to be in a teasing mood, then I was going to be too.

"You know what I meant Trin." He smiled at me again and then picked up the tab. He looked at it for a second and then his eyes went wide. "God dang Trinity, you're expensive."

Worry went throughout my body, "I didn't think I asked for that much. I'm sorry let me help pay then."

He started laughing at me again, "Ha got'cha. That was all for show. It's less than 30$, I got it."

I leaned over the table and smacked Will. "Sometimes I wonder if I hate you."

He placed his hand over his heart for that pretend gesture of hurt. "How could you say such a thing? Nobody hates Will Farrington. Nobody."

"Except..."

He cut me off, "Don't even bring up that woman. She doesn't count. I don't even know why she hates me."

I busted out laughing and then couldn't stop. This kind, old lady who works in the office hates Will with such a passion all because I blamed something I did on him. She told him I can't believe you would do such a thing when you have a girlfriend like that. I 'accidentally' started a food fight sophomore year and then blamed Will. He said he would take the blame, but he didn't think I would allow him to take all of the fault. "That totally counts, she has loved me ever since then. And really? You have NO IDEA why she hates you? You did start a food fight in all ya'know."

"Shut up." He started to laugh a little bit. "It was your fault anyways, I was just being a good boyfriend."

"Yeah.. Okay. I wonder why I threw the food at you to begin with."
