Anakin stared at the Sith who stood only a few feet away from him, an evil smirk plastered onto her ashen gray face. His eyes were wide with fear and surprise and he didn't dare move, fear that any sudden movement would cause her to attack. Even though he was sure she wouldn't mind striking him down where he stood.

He heard Obi Wan curse and Ace say his name but he didn't take his eyes off of the sith warrior. Her smirk had deepened, as she was able to feel his emotions through the Force. One of them happened to be stronger than fear though....anger. He knew Traya would prey on that in order to get a rise out of him but he wouldn't let himself fall into that old school trickery. His headache had returned and he fought the urge to close his eyes to block it out.

"So are you ready to die, boy?" Traya said in a mocking tone.

Anakin finally shook off his fear or at least most of it and raised his lightsaber up, ready to fight her. Traya raised her blood red one in response and struck first. The strike had so much force behind it that it took him off balance and he stumbled back a few steps.

Anakin blocked another strike and then Obi Wan was there, joining in the fight. Together, master and padawan twirled and danced around the Sith warrior in a fight that meant life and death. If Anakin hadn't been so focused on the fight, he would have seen that the three Republic fighters were watching on with amazement and wonder while Aviana took care of the two dozen droids that had been marching towards them. The clones began firing as more droids marched into the camp.

Anakin misstepped and Traya took advantage of his stumble and used the Force to send him flying back into a pile of droids. Anakin force-flipped to his feet and then used the Force to jump over her head, landing behind her and swinging his blue lightsaber at her head. Traya blocked it and he attacked again and again, with Obi Wan as one. Whatever Obi Wan was going to do, Anakin would know and follow up with the exact opposite.

A droid had somehow found itself in the midst of the battle and Anakin sliced it in half without hesitation and continued to fight Traya, who seemed to know their every move. A shot from a long-range blaster sounded out and Traya jerked. Anakin and Obi Wan paused to see what had just happened. Traya was bleeding from a shoulder wound and Anakin looked around, spotting Ace holding a long-range blaster in his arms. Ace gave Anakin a thumbs up and he turned back to the Sith.

Traya had been staring at her shoulder for several moments now and she looked up at Anakin and Obi Wan, a look of pure fury and anger spreading on her face. She attacked then and Obi Wan and Anakin brought their lightsabers up, blocking her strike together.

Anakin was surprised when she brought out a second saber and began attacking harder. He was sent stumbling back with every strike and Obi Wan was giving it his all but they just couldn't get around her.

Anakin's headache returned but it was more of a throbbing in the back of his head and he was distracted a second too long and he was sent flying back. Anakin slammed into a tree, his head hitting the base of it as he collapsed in a heap. Groaning, he slowly got to his feet in just enough time to see Obi Wan fall, Traya standing over him her sabers crossed in a scissor position.

Anakin felt fear and anger rise up inside of him; fear of losing his master and anger at himself for getting sidetracked. Anakin stepped forward but fell to his knees, too hurt to get back up. He watched helpless as Traya prepared to kill him. More anger and fear and sadness and despair began to fill his mind, body and thoughts. He wouldn't let Obi Wan die. He couldn't.

Anakin began to shake slightly, his headache becoming worse. Much worse. His hands shook and he watched as Obi Wan did a force dodge that resulted in him getting stabbed in the shoulder and he fell, unmoving to the ground. Silence fell over the camp that had become a battle ground and Anakin, thinking Obi Wan was dead felt tears spill over his cheeks as he let out an earsplitting scream of despair and sadness.
