Jace cheats on Clary. Evil Jace

Separated By The Heavens

I understand that some of you may be confused and I hope this chapter clears it up xxx Thank you so much for commenting and telling me so I knew that I had to explain I really appreciate it.

Previously

 I looked around and found my self in a very neat mansion. It was all marble white and looked very clean. Suddenly everything hit me Jace... Clary. I had to find Clary. But I was dead.

"Is this heaven?" I questioned my self aloud

I heard a deep laugh echo throughout the palace

"Oh if only we were that lucky"

I turned around and found my self looking at...

"Father"

Raven POV

This can't be right I'm ... dead. The seraph blade. This can't be right.

"Don't worry son you are definitely still VERY dead"My father laughed 

"But unfortunately you took after you're old man and have joined me in the underworld"He chuckled as he began to walk away.

"Wait where are you going?"I yelled. He continued to walk and simply said over his shoulder "To the dining room. Are you coming or not?"

I followed after him into the dining room. The room was draped with a deep red. Curtains hung even though there were no windows and everything looked very fancy.

"I don't understand what is going on"I said as I took a seat at the opposite end of the small dining table.

"You my son are dead"My father said plain and simple. "This"He said gesturing around him "Is the underworld... Hell."He looked me straight in the eye and said with a smirk "And I am the greater demon. The King."He said 

"And now I am trapped here?"I asked 

"Yep"My father said before beginning to eat his meal.

It was quiet and very awkward and my blood seemed to boil at how content he was. He murdered my mother. His wife and she had done nothing to deserve it. She had abandoned everything to be with him and this is how he re payed her? I could feel my hands balling into fists until my father stood up and slammed his hand down on the table.

"You h-have no i-idea"He mumbled his voice breaking and his head hanging low. His eyes hidden under  his hair. 

"YOU NO NOTHING"He yelled and looked me in the eye. 

"What are you talking about?"I asked confused 

"I am the King and I know exactly what happens when it happens. I can read your thoughts son as if you speak them aloud"He said with finality 

I was speechless. What was I supposed to say?

He sat down and let out a long breath I could see tears in his eyes threatening to fall

"Your mother was and is the love of my life. I would never harm a hair on her head. The day you and Rose went out and found your mother dead in my arms. Was the day the Clave attacked. I was outside the house working as usual until I heard you're mother scream. I ran back as quickly as I could." The tears began to fall and his voice continued to break as he tried to speak through his cries. It was weird for me to see this large grown man breaking right in front of me. He always looked so tough and emotionless but now he looked so vulnerable. "I wasn't fast enough... I didn't save her. Instead my anger took over my body and I transformed into a beast and laid waste to your mothers murderer. I killed him in so many different ways tore him apart so much there was no trace of a body."His eyes began to turn bright green much like mine and an evil smirk played upon the edges of his lips. Until suddenly realisation hit him and his sorrow returned. "I held her in my arms as I tried to cool my rage. she whispered 'I love you countless times and told me to run and take the both of you. She told me to take you both and hide from the Clave. That they would take you away from me. I couldn't save her and when you kids ran away from me I couldn't save you either" He cried. I waited for him to compose himself as I pieced everything together.

The clave had taken Rose and I in. Had taught us to hate our father and kill his kind. But who could I trust.

"Why why didn't you come" I said the pain in my throat was heard in the cracking of my voice. My throat lightning up and tears threatening to fall.

"The Clave came a few minutes after you and Rose ran off. I was charged with the murder of a shadow hunter and the murder of your mother. They didn't let me explain or even say goodbye to you and Rose. They locked me here"He said with a fake smile. 

"What about mother?"I asked eager to hear if she was here too.

"No no no you're mother isn't meant to be here. She is in heaven son where she belongs amongst the angles"He said looking up at the sky and smiling.

"Its kind of funny really. My family is separated by the heavens, damned by hell and tortured on earth where the living walk"He with a dark chuckle "Life is short my son as you already know... but I will forever be trapped here on the edge of paradise close enough to catch a glimpse of you're mother but not close enough to touch"He said with tears running down his cheeks. "

I ran to him and hugged him and cried with every thing I had. I couldn't stand the amount of sorrow that my father had put me through. I couldn't stand the fact that I was so vulnerable. It was just as my sister said, That I feel to much and am  to emotional but I could feel my fathers sorrow as if it was my own... having to live everyday for eternity separated by the love of his life his children. 

"Im sorry"I cried. "If I had not ran we could have all escaped we could have been free. We could have been happy"

"No son they would have just found us and killed us instead of brain washing you"He said as he patted my head.

"Raven you are stronger than you think. You need to let you're demon side out and use shadow"He said referring to the raven that flew onto my shoulder.

"I know you think it is over son but I refuse to let you give up. I am your father and love you so much and I only want you to have the best. I wish we had more time..."He said filled with sorrow as my body began to be engulfed by green flames.

"Father no what are you doing"I cried trying to grab into his hand. Everything around me the dining room, the table was disappearing.

"Im moving the heavens son"He laughed "It's time you go back and kill that bastard that well killed you... tell my flower that I love her... I love you too Raven"He said before everything went white with a flash of light and my father dissapeared.

Hi guys PLEASE tell me if you enjoyed Raven's dad. I personally love his character probably the most. I feel so bad for him. Well I hope you are ready for the next chapter!!
