Jace cheats on Clary. Evil Jace

Clary POV

All the sound and chaos around me was muffled. I couldn't see the blood that stained my clothes and the ground. All I could see was the blood that stained my hands. As Jace began to pull me away I couldn't do anything. I didn't care anymore. I wanted to die, I wanted this fight to end. I wanted to yell out and tell them to stop for all of them to give up like I have. The closer that Jace dragged me to the portal the less I could think about until the only thing I could think was... Raven... Raven... Raven.

"CLARY!"

I looked up awoken out of my dazed state of mind. 

"JONATHAN!"I screamed suddenly overwhelmed with anger with adrenaline. I turned around and stabbed Jace in the shoulder. 

"AGHHHH"He cried out in pain and let go of his painful hold on me. I quickly ran into Jonathan's safe arms. The chaos around us was to loud to hear anything but the clashing of blades and the roar of demons. Simon was fighting. Isabel with her whip, Alec with his bow and arrow and Rose with her throwing knives.

"We need to end this now"Jonathan said before I could answer another voice had.

"Yes but this is you're decision not mine"

I looked over Jonathan's shoulder and saw Magnus Bane. A smile graced my lips.

"Magnus your here!"I said gladly

"As much as I would love to go through the formalities we have other problems"He turned towards the giant portal swarming with demons "Bigger problems"

Jonathan and Magnus walked side by side until they stood in front of me. 

"Now?"Magnus asked unsure and turned to Jonathan 

"I guess so"Jonathan said with a sad look.

Magnus closed his eyes and took a deep breath. It felt like eternity the few seconds he stood frozen until suddenly his eyes jolted open and he let out a loud howl. Blue lightning bolts shot out of his hands towards the portal. Just like that the portal was closed. It looked practically easier said than done but as I looked at Magnus his feet were stumbling and he could barely stand. It had taken a lot out of him.

"MAGNUS!"

I heard a cry and turned to see Alec running towards him. He quickly held onto him steadying his feet.

"Ale-c"Magnus whispered his strength fading.

"No no no don't die please"Alec cried tears threatening to fall.

"Im not going to die you idiot. It offends me that you think a simple spell like that could take me down... well not simple. But still-"Before Magnus could finish his sentence Alec's lips were on his. 

I felt a little awkward staring at them but at the same time I was happy that they were together again.

"Ahem"I heard Jonathan cough 

Quickly Alec separated from Magnus his cheeks bright red. He wasn't usually one for public displays of affection. Magnus had a confused look but quickly covered it up with a smirk.

"We will pick up from here when we get home"He winked at Alec as he stood uneasily on his legs.

"NO NO NO"We heard Jace cry. It pained me to see him like this. His eyes were crazy, his golden hair matted with blood. He pulled the seraph blade out of his shoulder with a wince.

"You think you can stop me? You think you can take Clary away from me? YOU THINK YOU CAN DEFEAT ME!"He yelled and I slowly took a step back as did the rest of us. We were all afraid of what his next move was. On what he could possible do next. 

"YOU CAN'T STOP ME!"He yelled and began to walk towards us. Black flames encircled him and he let out a cry and fell to his knees. His eyes turned red and his nails protruded into long claws. He was a monster, a demon.

"Jace what's happening to you?"Isabel cried as she tried to run and help him but she was held back by Simon.

"No Isabelle he is to dangerous"Simon grunted out as he struggled to hold her back.

"Whats happened to you?"I whispered to myself worried for Jace's sake. 

"This is my fault, this is all my fault"Jonathan said as he stood in front of Jace. He held a silver sword with golden intricate designs on it. 

"How is this you're fault?What have you done?"Alec asked in a deadly tone his hand on his seraph blade ready to attack Jonathan. Isabelle followed by Simon came to Alec's side with the same threatening look.

"When I was stabbed by this sword"Jonathan holds up the mortal sword that was engulfed with heavenly fire. "It killed my demon side and some how I was able to survive without it. But now I know that .... that"He took a deep breath and held the sword up to his chest. "The sword didn't kill my demon side it only gave it to Jace through the connection I made to control him

I made Jace this way"Jonathan said and began to raise his hands so that the sword was ready to plunge into his chest. 

"One of us has to die for the other to live" 

He looked me in the eye and mouthed 'sorry'
