Jayden's POV

I was in the bus practicing for my surprise performance tonight. We are in Baltimore, Maryland, one of my favorite places. One: because I lived here in a different adoption house for 3 years before I moved back to New Jersey. And two: it had the Hot Topic that I got my first band shirt. I know that's kind of cheesy, but it was a good memory.

I let my fingers drag over the strings while practicing "Thank You For the Venom". It was I really good song, one of my favorites out of Three Cheers album. I stopped playing and looked over my guitar, I needed more stickers. I had one Green Day sticker but it was pretty worn out. It felt plain and empty, Frank had to have some on here.

I set my guitar on my bed and climbed down the steps to the ground. (I wasn't going to jump, after what happened last time). I looked down at Frank's bunk and found him passed out. It was 10:53 a.m. How can people sleep in this late?

I figured it was time for him to wake up anyway, so I picked a bear off my bunk and threw it at the back of his head. He twitched and rolled over on his side so he was facing me. "What do you want?" Frank groaned. I chuckled at his reaction and answered, "Wake up, Frankie. I need something." I crouched next to his bunk and poked his face. "Are you even listening?" He opened his eyes and looked into mine. "Yes, Pansy, I am. Now what do you need?" Frank said in a husky morning voice that made my stomach do backflips. "Umm... I was wondering if you have any stickers for my g-guitar." I felt blush rise to my cheeks and I leaned my head down. How can a human being that's friends with my dad be so hot?

"I have some in the studio. Now, why did you wake me up at 11 in the morning?" Frank smirked with his words. I hope he didn't notice the blush. "Because it's too late for you to be sleeping in and I needed some."
"Okay, mom." He said sarcastically. He sat up and stood next to me, not even bothering to fix his hair. Don't get me wrong, I didn't mind, it was cute as fuck.

We were in the studio and Frank was looking through some drawers. He pulled one drawer out after another and finally stopped at one with many colorful letters and number stickers. "Choose from those," Frank said, standing up and looking at me. I nodded and kneeled down to look through the drawer. There was shiny, holographic letters, regular red letters and numbers, but then there was purple colored letters. Those stood out to me. I pulled them out and took a little bit to admire them. They were perfect for my guitar.

"You like those?" Frank said, breaking me of my thoughts.

"Yeah, they will look good with the black." I mumbled, still looking at the letters. I still felt Frank's gaze on me, like he was staring. I turned around to his face having a smile and his eyes were fixed on me. I returned the smile, "Thanks Frankie." I was elated. I pulled him into a hug before my mind could process what I was doing. I quickly pulled out and mumbled a pathetic 'sorry' and left the studio.

I went back to my guitar, happy it was still were I left it. I climbed back up to my bunk and propped the guitar on my lap sideways so it was easier to apply the stickers. I looked back over at the stickers about to grab the page but, I don't know what to put. Why didn't I think of this earlier? I picked my phone up and scrolled through my photos, hoping it will give me inspiration. I stopped at a photo of me and Ashton. We were at a theme park we got to go to in the summer back in the adoption house. I missed him like hell.

I knew what I was going to put on my guitar.

It was in the afternoon and soundcheck was going to start shortly. I was scared to death. It wasn't the real performance, but it was my sorta first impression in front the whole band. I needed to do well.
